Great location, beautiful lobby and comfortable rooms. Very good value. Breakfast spread is decent, but repetitive. Gym and pool are on the small side, and the room next to the lift can be a bit noisy. Nonetheless, would recommend this hotel.

The room is okay, clean, pretty, convenient location, the support staff is very professional, friendly, enthusiastic (especially the receptionist at check-in). The minus point is that except for the toothbrush, the hotel does not keep other items in the room but on the M floor, guests need to go down and get them themselves, quite inconvenient. Although the staff helped bring them up to the room for me, I really felt embarrassed, the hotel should reconsider this issue. Breakfast has a few dishes.

I see that the two of you guarding the night are not very friendly. For example, in the evening I see you sitting on the phone and letting the guests open the door for themselves, when the room changes, the attitude is a little annoying. The toilet toilet is dirty and I don't know how to do it, I can only stay for 1 night. However, the overall hotel decord is beautiful and the food tastes good. Hope you will improve your service next time.

If compare to Indonesian hotel with the price you pay, you will felt disappointed, but if you compare to hotels around in HCMC this hotel was great, centered position for all city marker. everything is reachable by walk yet the place is not in the crowded area so still able to rest. there is lift. the staff are nice and friendly. Although don't expect too much for the food.
