Absolutely amazing hotel. Looks as nice on the inside as it is on the outside. Check in was very simple and no deposit was required. The room was very clean and spacious as we had two bedrooms and a dining area. There was also a washer/dryer, but we had to buy our detergent. The closest store was a bit away fyi. Toiletries had quite some options. Our favorite hotel thus far in our two week trek through Vietnam.

The hotel is very new, the rooms are clean and spacious but the service is quite bad. The reception staff is very arrogant, they do not guide or support customers and do not introduce any of the hotel's facilities to customers, all the advantages of the hotel are hidden. The receptionists also did not say anything about the buffet breakfast here. Is it really difficult for you to spend a few minutes to introduce the advantages and facilities of your hotel to customers?

Khách sạn mới và đẹp, giá phòng lại oke nữa. Đặt phòng ngày lễ muộn, không có nhiều lựa chọn nên mình không kì vọng gì nhưng khi đến nơi trải nghiệm mình thấy rất thích luôn ấy. nhân viên nhiệt tình, dễ thương. Ksan cũng ở mặt đường thông thoáng, di chuyển dễ dàng, gần cây xăng, quán ăn uống cũng không thiếu gì. Chỉ có cái là đồ ăn sáng hơi chán và ít lựa chọn, nhưng đây cũng không phải vấn đề lắm vì HP không thiếu quán ăn sáng =)))

Like a 5-star hotel, everything is meticulously presented and pleasant. The room color is dark brown, the mattress is great, I had a good and comfortable sleep. Sky bar outdoor drinks are also ok, good music. The restaurant is beautiful, stylish, the buffet is small but quite delicious, especially the pho stall. A small note is that the line of rooms at the end of 7 is high class, but you need a high floor (above 8) to have a good view
