3N2D experience, overall the trip was interesting, satisfied with the hotel. The swimming pool is nice, however the slide in the children's pool is made of cement and the friction ruined my child's swimsuit. The hotel should have a solution to change this material.

Staying within the price range, but don't expect much, because it's a hotel apartment style so it's not very connected, there's no staff to contact before checking in to guide like their process, probably because it's too crowded on holidays, because the price is mid-range so the service is for the majority so it's not suitable for those who like hustle and bustle, just sharing more information

The problem that makes me most dissatisfied is the parking lot, not enough for guests to park, have to park 500m-1.5km away, very inconvenient. But in return, it is comfortable, fun, beautiful view, many amenities, friendly staff. In general, except for the parking lot, everything is fine.

On the 6th day of Tet, my family went to Mui Ne and made a mistake in choosing Mandala through the photo. What a terrible experience. 5-star resort paradise??? Where is the high-end resort? It's no different from the apartment complex I'm living in. There's no parking while the land area is too large. Going to Nghi Duong is like torture, checking in without a single employee. I couldn't even carry a backpack for a baby down the car. Let alone an adult's suitcase. Food and drink are terrible, there aren't many choices. I have to say there aren't any. If you want to eat, you have to go 40 minutes away. Which resort service has guests check in at 3am? At 5am, everything from the swimming pool to the kid club is closed. The escalator to the beach is dirty. You can't turn on the fan, it's stuffy and hot. The beach is too dirty. I'm from Nha Trang and have experienced most resorts. This is the first time I've had such a bad experience.

The hotel is beautiful but too far from Mui Ne, from the center of Mui Ne you have to drive 20-30km to get there, check-in procedures are complicated, the rooms smell very bad, inconvenient to move around.

The room is dirty, the toilet is dirty and has a strong smell. TV cannot use YouTube. The receptionist closes the counter early, is not on duty 24/7 so cannot provide support. The hotel is quite noisy, it's easy to lose your helmet if you ride a motorbike. In return, the restaurant food is quite good.
