A decent little hotel in the area, although solid rather than spectacular. Whilst it lacks the grandeur of the Mira Central Park and the service is somewhat more spartan, the Mansion Park is a solid, reasonably priced hotel which may not quite match up to the standards of some of its competition, but is definitely a good choice for anyone travelling to the area. Food at the restaurant only seems to exist as breakfast these days and whilst there is a decent spread on offer, it certainly doesn't compare well to others in the area. That said, there is always the option to make a 3 minute walk to the main street nearby to find something else if needs be. If you're looking for a place to lay your head and not worried about things like a pool or being waited on hand and foot, I can recommend this hotel without question.

Tôi đã ở đây 2 lần nhưng lần này là một trải nghiệm rất tệ: 1. Khách sạn không có nhân viên bảo vệ giữ xe cho khách, chỉ có 3 con chó dữ canh cửa tầng hầm bãi xe, khách lấy xe, chạy theo cắn khách. 2. Nhân viên phục vụ không có một nụ cười. 3. Nhân viên lễ tân chậm chạp, xử lý rất lâu. 4. Ở 2 đêm, 3 ngày, báo lễ tân yêu cầu dọn phòng nhưng đợi 3 tiếng mà vẫn không cho nhân viên lên dọn. Cuối cùng tôi yêu cầu chỉ cần thay khăn cho tôi, khỏi cần dọn. 5. Phòng ốc có rất nhiều côn trùng, tường phòng ẩm mốc, giá phòng 990k/đêm nhưng không tương xứng. Đây là một khách sạn rất rất tệ, mọi người cân nhắc thật kĩ khi đến đây. Hình như khách sạn không có chủ cũng không có quản lý.

Mình và bạn có việc nên book phòng president suite 2 người ở lại 1 đêm. Tuy nhiên, vô phòng hơi thất vọng về trải nghiệm - Khi vô phòng, tất cả mọi thứ đều chỉ có 1 mặc dù phòng 2 người (1 áo choàng tăm, 1 bộ vệ sinh?) - phòng khá nóng mặc dù mở 16 độ có thể do phòng kính-cái này có thể hiểu được - đang đêm ngủ lúc hơn 1h sáng có điện thoại gọi tới( mình và bạn khá mệt nên không bắt máy) - 10p sau tự nhiên cửa phòng có người quẹt thẻ đi vô - kết quả là nhân viên khách sạn book nhầm phòng cho người đó - đang gần 2h sáng mình gọi xuống nhân viên hỏi - nhân viên trả lời: ờ ờ sorry chị rồi cúp máy? Khúc này rất tức nhưng đêm mình khá mệt nên không muốn đôi co - ok cho qua - xuống lầu ăn sáng buffet không có gì đặc sắc, nhưng cũng tạm ổn cho bữa sáng - khi về lại phòng kết quả là tối qua bạn phục vụ khi book nhầm phòng và inactive thẻ phòng của mình - không vô được phòng. Phải nhờ phục vụ phòng mở giùm - gọi cho nhân viên phục vụ - nhân viên nói chị cầm xuống em mở lại. Ủa alo? Tới khúc này hết cứu - không đôi co - mình trả phòng và đi liền => đây là lần đầu và cũng là lần cuối mình ở khách sạn này.

The hotel is clean, the location is right in the park, the air is fresh and green. Opposite there is a very busy cafe. Breakfast is also okay, not very special. My room on the second night was upgraded, equal to the first night that I booked. It is the highlight of the hotel. However, there is one thing I am concerned about: I see that the guests are still quite amateur, the way to handle booking reservations is cumbersome, many stages. I think, when the guest has booked the room and paid on the app, the hotel should update it on the system and print the booking. When the guest arrives to check in, the hotel just needs to bring it out. Management should rethink how to check-in, so it's convenient, but I see that it's not only me but many other guests complaining about this problem.

Phòng đẹp sạch sẽ và tiện nghi. Mình có nhờ các bạn lễ tân hỗ trợ hâm nóng đồ ăn mình mua bên ngoài. Các bạn rất nhiệt tình hỗ trợ, không những vậy còn chuyển đồ ăn từ hộp nhựa vào trong tô đĩa của khách sạn rồi cung cấp đũa muỗng cho mình. Trải nghiệm tuyệt vời, sẽ quay lại nếu có dịp.
