Breakfast is a bit limited, the hotel should add 2 more dishes. The receptionist is ok, but the service of picking up and dropping off guests when leading tours should be improved because the driver is sent to many places to pick up guests, so sometimes he has to wait for another car to pick him up when it's raining.

The room has a very nice balcony. Nice interior, clean toilet, strong water, ok air conditioner. The hotel has convenient motorbike rental for 150k/day. Near the market and shops. Free breakfast buffet, I think the dishes are basic, delicious noodles with western flavor. Eat while watching the mountain view.

Maya has many branches but I experienced Maya 3 and was not satisfied. The space is narrow, 2 people are cramped, the house and water are strong but the glass doors are carelessly made or broken, I am afraid of breaking when opening and closing. Regarding the food and beverage buffet, I say it is the soul of the hotel but there is nothing special, the food is very boring, not like other hotels I have used. Everyone should consider Maya 3, I spent 1.2 million/night but it was not worth it.

I booked the wrong room, far from Vung Tau city. So I didn't come to stay, I asked for a refund but the hotel didn't give it to me. I transferred the entire room fee but the hotel didn't support me to get a refund...bad

Tôi đặt vé mbay và phòng khách sạn như lần trước tại maya3 (phòng lần trước có ban công) nhưng lần này lại xếp tôi vào phòng không ban công không cửa sổ nhưng traveloka không hề thông báo. Buffet sáng được thông báo mở đến 9h30, 8h chúng tôi đến dùng bữa thì vài món yêu thích hết, request các chị staff refill món thì các chị không đồng ý. Nhưng lúc đó mới hơn 8h. Còn lại rất ok, khách sạn rất sạch sẽ, lễ tân cố gắng support (nên tôi mới chọn Maya 3 lần) nhưng lần này hơi tệ
