I booked here for 2 nights on 7,8/9, the hotel is very new and luxurious, super prime location, right opposite Nhat Le river and Suot mother statue, Dong Hoi market is a 5-minute walk, enthusiastic and friendly staff. There is nothing to complain about. Next time I still want to stay here.

View okee, spacious room, delicious breakfast. Maybe because of the long stay, the toilet and room were a bit degraded compared to the quality of other rooms but the experience was still good. Next time if I come back, I will still choose Melia. Convenient because it is located in the center

The room is spacious, with a nice view of the city. There is a parking garage with a convenient charging station. However, the big minus point is that there is no bellman to support when my family arrives. The bed is not sturdy, a bit creaky, the soft mattress makes my back hurt a bit when sleeping. In addition, the shampoo bottle is glued to the bathroom wall, but in my room, the glue may have dried and kept falling down.

Phòng rất đẹp, vị trí thuận tiện đi dạo chợ và Vincom gần đó. Mình ở phòng thông nhau nên thoải mái, giá ổn hơn thuê 2 phòng hay thuê 1 phòng và trả thêm tiền phụ thu! Rất hài lòng!

- việc tiếp đón: nhà mình tự đi xe từ hn, xe xuống sảnh nhưng không thấy ai đón. Chắc có vẻ bận đẩy đồ cho khách trước. Sau đó thì cũng có anh lễ tân vận chuyển đồ đạc lên phòng giúp cho. Hướng dẫn rất tận tình. Thái độ phục vụ good. - phòng ngủ (thực tế như ảnh luôn nhé): mình chọn view river: đẹp đỉnh luôn. Ban ngày chill, hay tối lên đèn rất đẹp. Mọi người nên chọn view river nhé. Phòng ngủ khá sạch sẽ. Nhưng giường lắm gối quá. Đệm hơi cao, nằm hơi đau lưng, hơi khó chịu. Mình ở tầng 18. Cực kì cực kì ồn. Cách âm kém quá. Nghe như tiếng gõ búa rầm rầm trên đầu luôn. Nên bọn mình bị mất ngủ. Khó chịu lắm. Đây là vấn đề mình khó chịu nhất khi ở đây. - phòng tắm: đầy đủ đồ. Sữa tắm, dầu gội thơm lắm. Nhưng bàn chỗ bồn rửa mặt vẫn bị ố vàng, trong kính chỗ buồng tắm phía chân trông có vẻ hơi bẩn). Khách sạn 5* nên cải thiện. tóm lại là view đẹp, sạch sẽ, nhân viên thân thiện nhiệt tình. Mọi thứ đều ổn trừ vị trí. Khách sạn ở quá xa bãi biển và trung tâm ăn uống hải sản. Mỗi lần đi tắm, đi ăn, đi dạo phố biển đều phải gọi xe taxi/điện trung bình 70k/lượt

From 13/02 till 17/02 total we have booking 12 rooms in this five star hotel. Because our itinerary has changed, we want cancel one room on 17/02. But the manager did not explain or express sorry after hearing this. It just told us strongly that if the payment has been made, there is no refund! The manager's attitude quite unreasonable! I also want to say that as a 5 star hotel, it doesn't serve razors. We booked view rooms. But the glass was stained a lot, which was pretty bad. Worse is breakfast, not up to the standards of a 5 star hotel at all. Except simple porridge, fried rice, noodles, salad, you have no other choice. So bad experience in Vinpearl!
