All the toiletries in the bathroom are broken and loose, from the sink to the shower, there are no shelves, so you have to hold the broken bathroom door handle and can't close it, which is very inconvenient every time you go to the bathroom. The bedside lamp is too bright and shines on my face, making it impossible to sleep, but when I turn it off, it's dark, which is a very scary feeling. The hotel is in an alley, so if there's no house next door under construction, it's quite quiet. Checking out about two minutes late will incur an additional 100k.

The hotel works extremely discredited and has inconsistent information! First: I need to issue a VAT bill. Before booking, please notify me of the contract and add 8% of the total amount. When checking out, I will definitely take 10%. I was ok, when I received the bill, it said 8%. In addition, the payment prices on the app, paper bill and VAT bill are completely different! Called to refund and ask for information but the hotel just made a promise and then kept silent, until now I still haven't received an explanation. Monday: when checking out, someone came up to check the room, and after checking there was nothing, they paid. 2 days later, my friends called to say the bed sheets had burn marks and asked me to compensate them. While it's been 2 nights? Really uncomfortable with the hotel's way of working and communicating, it feels like cheating and intentionally taking money from customers. Everyone should consider when booking a room here

Great for budget stay, generally comfortable and clean, but might have dust around the hidden corners. The fridge that is in the room is not working well. There is also no safe for use. They do not offer food at all, so have to order your own food via grab. In summary, good enough for you to sleep in, but do not expect very high quality service. For singaporeans, treat it as Hotel 81.

The secure lock was broken. WC lock was reversed the exterior was inside while the interior was outside. How could you lock with that? Other than that the room is quite expensive compared with other hotels in the same area.

Just a walking distance to malaysian street and halal restaurant. Although it is located at an alley, but we feel safe to walk even at night. Clean room. But the wifi connection a bit poor (we stayed at 4th floor). Very friendly staff. A great budget hotel if you are looking for a cheap accomodation.

So bad. We book as a family, so we took 2 rooms. the very time you enter the hotel there is a bad odor, and it get worst when we entered our room, smells like an old storage and the hotel itself do not looks like a hotel more of a hotel converted to a warehouse, no complimentary water, coffee or tea, not even a cup and saucer for it.
