The hotel is in an alley so I got lost at first. But it is clean and very cool because there are many trees. My children swam at noon but thanks to the shade of the trees they were not exposed to the sun. The staff were very enthusiastic. My family had a very happy vacation at Minhon.

The hotel is located in a tiny alley when I first arrived, I was afraid of being cheated, but after entering, I felt beautiful and peaceful, the rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable, very wonderful. The space here is very chill, around the pool there are many cool trees, but so there are a lot of mosquitoes at night. The beach near the hotel cannot be bathed, the only minus point is that you have to go a long way to swim. But because the pool here is so chill, I spend most of my time swimming at the lake, instead of going far to the beach. There are many restaurants around, there is a food court nearby that is also worth a try, because it's close, I borrowed a bicycle (free) from the hotel for convenience. Overall, the experience here is great, I will come back for the purpose of relaxation.

Friendly and enthusiastic staff. Spacious and comfortable room. Open space, lots of trees so there are mosquitoes but the hotel prepares mosquito spray and anti-mosquito cream so no need to worry about mosquito bites. Worth the experience.

Near dining places, easy to move The rooms are clean, comfortable and fully equipped. The only thing is that my room did not have a mirror outside, only in the toilet, so it was a bit inconvenient The staff were enthusiastic, I checked in late and the hotel even offered me water, so enthusiastic Will come back on the next vacation Should experience this hotel

The room was okay and clean. I stayed for 2 days and didn't see any staff cleaning the room. The hotel posted a notice saying it would be cleaned every 2 days. I cleaned up the trash and the footprints myself ~~ The hotel has a restaurant but breakfast is not included. There was a staff member in the hotel who, when asked to use the hotel toilet, had a bad attitude towards guests (I was not supported with late check-out even though I had discussed it in advance. Because the hotel was crowded, the room was full on the day I checked out, the receptionist told me to check out on time). I let my child swim so I had to use the public toilet (this toilet has no hot water and is dirty). The only thing that I and everyone like the most here is the swimming pool because it is clean, but not spacious. Worth the price.

Regarding housekeeping, we would like to clarify: our staff cleans the rooms daily for all guests staying at our hotel, except in cases where you have hung a “Do Not Disturb” sign or indicated that you do not require housekeeping. The hotel does not have a policy of cleaning every other day, and there is no notice of cleaning every two days. We hope that you feel comfortable asking for assistance from our staff, instead of having to handle it yourself, causing unnecessary inconvenience. Regarding breakfast service, the hotel currently offers two room rates: including breakfast and not including breakfast. During the booking process, you have selected the price without breakfast – this price is clearly displayed and has a lower cost. However, our restaurant is always ready to serve you with a diverse a la carte menu, applicable to both guests with and without breakfast in the room package. Once again, we would like to thank you for your feedback. Your comments are the motivation for us to continuously improve our services. Staff were friendly and helpful. It’s nice they have a cafe and restaurant nearby with great food. the pool is great. Room is clean. I had the best sleep in weeks. Location is convenient (somewhat), near Pineapple bar. This is more of a backpacker area if you are into the scene.

Lovely hotel! Good location, but we had to get into a small street, and cars cannot get in the street. The ocean is close by. After playing at the dunes, we jumped into the swimming pool. Good breakfast, but other food was just ok. We enjoyed staying at this hotel!
