My trip was not planned at all. When my parents wanted to visit Vung Tau, I immediately went on traveloka to find a room to stay for the trip. I read a lot of reviews and experiences of everyone and decided to choose Milan Homestay. I arrived 30 minutes early and checked in 10 or 15 minutes before. The receptionist welcomed me very naturally, gently and thoughtfully. My room was on the 5th floor, near the entrance to the children's pool so my baby loved it, the elevator was also very convenient. Next time I visit Vung Tau, I will definitely choose Milan. Great🥰🥰🥰

I booked a room urgently and still got a good price. Can accommodate 4-5 adults and babies. The room is very clean. It's also close to the beach. Near Lotte, you can buy everything you need. First time going to Vung Tau. I like it! Thank you Milan

The price is too cheap compared to the quality, the elevator is slow even if I go on weekdays but it doesn't affect me because I chose to stay on the lower floor so it's too slow so I take the stairs. My room is air-conditioned and doesn't have much sun, so it's always cool. Free swimming pool and gym are great. There's a parking fee, but it's still much cheaper than a hotel because if you go to a hotel, 4 people get 2 rooms. Good service, if you need anything, just call to ask for quick check in and check out

The old blanket that hasn't been washed yet is hanging outside and smells terrible... the bed is also damp. This time I feel more disappointed than last time. Last time I booked a room that was cleaner and more airy than this one..

Before it was time to check out, the staff asked to clean early and then threw the guests' things in the trash and acted like nothing happened. When I asked, they said they didn't know and told the guests to look for themselves and rummaged through the trash. There was no wifi signal in the room. I told the staff about the incident and they didn't do anything to help the guests. They just silently ignored the incident and let it go. I'm very disappointed because I've stayed here many times but after this time, I won't come back to experience it. You should consider staying at other homestays to avoid a bad experience.

I found the room very ok, fully equipped, soft mattress, good sleep. Especially the water pressure is extremely good.

The hotel is too dirty. The toilet flushes continuously if the valve is not turned off. The spray nozzle is broken and has tape all over it. The towels smell very old and musty, I don't dare use them. I feel like the bed sheets won't be changed. I also ordered breakfast at the hotel, the food was so bad that I only ate a few bites. The hotel doesn't have slippers. Everyone who stays here should consider this. I paid nearly 1.4 million, is it worth the price and service quality?

Near the center, supermarket, light park, beach,..., the motel has a kitchen, washing machine so it is very convenient for families with small children. Good hygiene.
Because I did not pay attention to the receptionist's rules, there was a surprise when paying that mineral water was not free and another inconvenience was that I rented for 2 days and 2 nights but the next day there was no room cleaning service so there was a lot of trash. Should check out early because around 11-12 o'clock you will be stuck waiting for the elevator.

I checked in and experienced the apartment. Although the room was quite clean, the bathroom smelled very bad. I went out in the afternoon and then came back in the evening, the bad smell from the bathroom spread throughout the room. If I closed the bathroom door until I needed to use it, it would smell unbearable.
In addition, the drain from the sink drained straight onto the floor, and every time I used it, the water overflowed and was quite dirty.
The homestay was willing to change rooms. The style was not professional, but in return, the price was cheap, only worth staying during the week on normal occasions.

Advantages: good price, clean. I went on Sunday - Monday so the elevator was less jammed than the review. The room is fully equipped with amenities: washer dryer, internet TV, large table, cool air conditioner, and a clothes drying area. The old blanket that hasn't been washed yet is hanging outside and smells terrible... the bed is also damp. This time I feel more disappointed than last time. Last time I booked a room that was cleaner and more airy than this one..

Before it was time to check out, the staff asked to clean early and then threw the guests' things in the trash and acted like nothing happened. When I asked, they said they didn't know and told the guests to look for themselves and rummaged through the trash. There was no wifi signal in the room. I told the staff about the incident and they didn't do anything to help the guests. They just silently ignored the incident and let it go. I'm very disappointed because I've stayed here many times but after this time, I won't come back to experience it. You should consider staying at other homestays to avoid a bad experience.

I booked a room for 3 adults. I didn't expect the room to be so big, with 2 separate bedrooms and 1 living room. The room is spacious, clean and cheap. If I come back next time, I will continue to stay here.

I found the room very ok, fully equipped, soft mattress, good sleep. Especially the water pressure is extremely good.
The receptionist was enthusiastic, friendly and talked very ok ok.
Next time I visit Vung Tau, I will still choose Milan.

The hotel is too dirty. The toilet flushes continuously if the valve is not turned off. The spray nozzle is broken and has tape all over it. The towels smell very old and musty, I don't dare use them. I feel like the bed sheets won't be changed. I also ordered breakfast at the hotel, the food was so bad that I only ate a few bites. The hotel doesn't have slippers. Everyone who stays here should consider this. I paid nearly 1.4 million, is it worth the price and service quality?

Near the center, supermarket, light park, beach,..., the motel has a kitchen, washing machine so it is very convenient for families with small children. Good hygiene.
Because I did not pay attention to the receptionist's rules, there was a surprise when paying that mineral water was not free and another inconvenience was that I rented for 2 days and 2 nights but the next day there was no room cleaning service so there was a lot of trash. Should check out early because around 11-12 o'clock you will be stuck waiting for the elevator.

I checked in and experienced the apartment. Although the room was quite clean, the bathroom smelled very bad. I went out in the afternoon and then came back in the evening, the bad smell from the bathroom spread throughout the room. If I closed the bathroom door until I needed to use it, it would smell unbearable.
In addition, the drain from the sink drained straight onto the floor, and every time I used it, the water overflowed and was quite dirty.
The homestay was willing to change rooms. The style was not professional, but in return, the price was cheap, only worth staying during the week on normal occasions.
