The room is not very spacious but the price is very ok, the room is clean, cool, the bed is quite big for 2 people, the room is not soundproof, so what is said outside is heard inside, the strong wind blows in the door slot. quite noisy. Wifi is a bit weak. Quiet and cool at night. If you come home late, remember to ask your aunt and uncle the time. Sweet and hospitable aunt and uncle. The road to the beach is a few hundred meters very close. Note that once in a while, if you have one or two small cubs in the room, remember to "release" it. :3

The owner is an older but very friendly aunt and uncle, the two of us went out to play more than 12 o'clock at night, the aunt and uncle were still open. The room is small but staying 2ng is still OK, mainly for storing things and sleeping. If the price is affordable, the quality is corresponding, don't be too strict. Support your uncle. I will visit again when I have a chance.

Temporarily fine, the owners are elderly grandparents, very friendly and enthusiastic. What I am not satisfied with is that the hotel's facilities are a bit degraded, not good soundproofing and no elevator, on the 345th floor, the movement is quite extreme. Mainly book because it's near the back beach, if you just need a place to change clothes, you can consider this place.

The room was ok compared to the price, but when I came to check in at 12 o'clock, I was charged a surcharge of 60,000. The first time I saw the surcharge at 12 o'clock, I went to big hotels without surcharge, but this time I went to this motel again, so disappointed!

The motel owner is friendly, cheerful, and enthusiastic. The motel is clean, good price, close to the beach. Suggestion: Equip enough glasses, cups, shampoo, and shower gel for guests.

I rented 2 rooms, a room for 2 people and a room for 4 people, when I arrived, I was not at 31 Nguyen Hien as the address on the app, room for 2 people was at 27B Nguyen Hien in the next room but turned on the shower faucet and this side lost water. 4 people at 42 Nguyen Hien, both rooms have no soundproofing or anything. Any bathroom should go in the hallway to hear it all, not to mention in the talking room. It's like a motel near the sea, not a hotel at all, a person who registers on the client app will lead to a few houses next door linked together. If anyone does not have high privacy needs, they can still stay.
