Misaki HCM Airport Hotel

Temporary staff. Not really professional. Convenient location near the airport but the road is small so it takes a long time to call a taxi. Room rates are not cheap but shampoo and shower gel smell of cheap chemicals. Looks disgusting, don't dare to use.

The receptionist is cute and enthusiastic. Clean room, fully equipped, close to the airport. Overall okelah 👍🏽

I have never seen a hotel with such bad service as this one. 1. The room door uses a mechanical lock. The lock joint of the door and the door groove are misaligned. Every time I go out and lock the door, it is NO DIFFERENT FROM WRESTLING because I have to pull the door really hard with one hand and turn the lock with the other hand, but it doesn't always lock. One day, I couldn't lock the door for 15 minutes to go to work. So annoying. Minus 2 points. 2. I don't understand what kind of air conditioner it is. When I went to bed, I set it to 25 degrees. When I woke up at night, it was 19 degrees. It automatically set it back to 19 degrees. I had the same problem both nights I stayed here. As a result, today, I caught a cold and got sick. Because it was too cold. Minus 5 points. 3. I woke up at 5am and went out for 2 minutes, when I came back in, the reception lobby door was closed (this door was a magnetic lock). I called the hotline 15 times but no one answered to open the door for me. I knocked on the door and shouted loudly outside but the receptionist didn't know, probably sleeping like a lice inside. There was no landline phone. I really find it difficult to understand how this hotel owner runs a hotel. Very poor. Minus 2 points. In short, a very bad experience. Give 1 point.

The hotel room is very nice, I am very satisfied, everything is complete, the staff is enthusiastic and quick, I will come again next time.

The hotel is very dirty, the staff is not very supportive, when I asked for something they ignored me, the location is in an alley that is extremely difficult to navigate and inconvenient. The pillows are dirty like shit, in general it is very bad. Will not come back and will not recommend any friends to come here.

Vị trí ở hẻm, khó tìm Chờ 1 tiếng mới được nhận phòng (15h nhận phòng) Ban công không đủ chỗ để 1 người đứng, 1 bên cửa có ban công, bên còn lại không có, tạo cảm giác nguy hiểm nếu cửa mở Giường đơn xập xệ, kê tạm thời, không chắc chắn Phòng dành cho 3 người mà như thế này quá kém

Không tin được là phòng ở đây nó lại đẹp và okela như vậy. Tiếc là chỉ ở được 1 đêm nên chưa trải nghiệm trọn vẹn cho lắm. Hy vọng lần sau sẽ có trải nghiệm dài hơi hơn tại khách sạn ❣️

Phòng rất xinh - thoải mái. Mọi cái trong phòng với mình đều vừa đủ với tiêu chuẩn của khách sạn hiện tại. không chê mảng nào ngoại trừ cửa phòng hơi khó khoá chút Vị trí rất gần để đi ra sân bay. Không gian yên tĩnh
