It looks spacious, the address is on the front but in fact it is in a 4m alley, motorbikes are parked on both sides, cars cannot enter. Standing in front of the alley, I called the receptionist to discuss the above problem clearly as well as with Traveloka but it was still not resolved. Short-sighted thinking, only wanting to eat quickly, not giving customers a proper experience. If you are afraid of hotel 1, you are afraid of Traveloka 10.

The room was bright, I went to the beach and came back, the medicine and things on the table were all gone. I reported it but the hotel said they couldn't find it, and they didn't even apologize.
