10 points for service, the staff are very nice. I booked a room when the hotel was having a promotion so I got a free upgrade to a sea view room. The bedroom is airy, the bathroom is clean. This is the first time I have experienced the service at the Muong Thanh hotel chain and I really like it.

on the 3rd time, the service and staff attitude remained the same (good). however, this time when meeting the Chinese group, the atmosphere was noisy during breakfast, unhygienic because there were middle-aged Chinese guests using their hands to eat. a bit creepy

The room I received had a mountain view but was also very nice. The room was spacious, cool, clean, and fully equipped with all amenities. However, the soundproofing of the room was not good.
The breakfast options at this hotel were quite limited but the quality of the food was quite good.
There is also a Vinbus bus from the hotel to the center, so it was quite convenient.
The staff was enthusiastic and attentive.

I arrived at 2pm but was not allowed to check in. The receptionist said that I could only check in at 2pm and didn't know when the room would be ready. I left my contact for the receptionist to call me when the room was ready but there was still no call. The food was average.

nice room, comfortable, good interior, some items are a bit old because the hotel was built a long time ago, there is a convenient parking space and especially next to the market, very convenient for shopping, for me this is the most comfortable hotel in Nha Trang with the most suitable cost... a little suggestion, there is a female staff in charge of the breakfast buffet who doesn't seem very happy, this is the second time I've seen this. in short, it's still my number 1 choice in NT
