The younger staffs at front desk were ok. The a little bit older staffs was impolite when around after lunch on Thursday 5 Jun I returned and asked him that I had connected bookings, wether I needed to extend my room keys. He was impolite. He gave me back the key by one hand & was looking at his screen instead of his customer. I felt disrespectful. No matter I am a young lady look, however I was still his customer's. I felt disappointed being disrespected by him. I didn't really feel the "hospitality". Public attendant was nosy, she was talking casually to my mother which is very local behavior. Buffet breakfast was disappointed as well. No need many dishes but they should focus on the quality consistency. Hotel is old. I won't return.

My family went to Muong Thanh Hanoi Center because there was parking, but when we arrived, the staff informed us that there was no parking available and that the only parking spot was 700m from the hotel and the overnight fee was 200,000. :(

What a nice place to stay! The room was clean and well decorated. Hotel’ staffs are very friendly and helpful, especially Long and Doanh. They helped me a lots during my stay! Wow services!
