Mình đến khách sạn lúc 11h tối sau khi đã lái xe 12 tiếng đồng hồ từ Vinh đến Hội An nên lúc này đã rất mệt và chỉ muốn nghỉ ngơi. Enthusiastic and attentive staff. Spacious room. Room does not have smart TV, bathtub stopper is broken so water is stored in the tub. Breakfast buffet has too few dishes and is not delicious. The beach in front of the hotel is swimmable but not blue or beautiful.

The hotel has an old design, is quiet, sad and not suitable for relaxation. It looks like a hotel for corporate groups, not well taken care of. The sockets do not work, the shower does not work. With a room price of ~ 1.3 million, it is really not commensurate Staff are rigid, not flexible in handling situations. Want customers to book through a third party instead of booking directly with the hotel?! Breakfast is limited, with duplicate dishes and lacks variety, some sticky rice, some porridge, some rice.

Beautiful space, good and friendly service, always proactively supporting customers, very agile. About 8km from the old town, a bit far but convenient to move. There's nothing around, it's a bit desolate. Room price is ok.

My family stayed here once in 2022. Everyone liked it very much because of the service, infrastructure, swimming pool... This year, I continued to bring my Dad to stay here for him to experience. The service here is very good, the equipment is still new, the reception staff and rooms are attentive. Only the sister standing at the omelette counter seems a bit tired :P In general, I will continue to come here on my next vacations. Especially this time I booked through Traveloka and found that all procedures, payment and check-in... were convenient and professional. Will continue to support apps
