Đây là lần đầu tiên mình đến Phan Thiết, Mũi Né. Mình đã phải mất nguyên ngày để tìm khách sạn. Thật may mắn khi chọn được Mường Thanh là nơi nghỉ chân, khi đến nơi khách sạn mang ra mời khách loại nước thơm mát làm xua tan hết mệt nhọc trong quá trình di chuyển. Nhân viên khách sạn niềm nở, nhiệt tình với khách. Không gian khách sạn siêu đẹp, siêu sạch sẽ, ngoài vườn sặc sỡ đầy sắc hoa. Bể bơi ngoài trời sạch sẽ. Khách sạn có bãi biển riêng. Tiếp đó, giờ ăn sáng của khách sạn được diễn ra vào lúc 6h30p sáng, nhưng nhà mình đi tour sớm nên được khách sạn hỗ trợ cho ăn sáng từ lúc 6h, bữa buffet sáng nóng sốt, ngon và phong phú các món. Nói chung là mình và mọi người trong đoàn rất ưng khi chọn được khách sạn Mường Thanh. Nếu có dịp mình sẽ quay lại! Cảm ơn khách sạn rất nhiều!

This is the best choice in the 4* Hotel & Resort segment in this price range. Smart & friendly receptionist. Enthusiastic & thoughtful lobby management. Housekeeping staff and luggage staff are diligent & honest. My family had a wonderful 4n3d vacation. Next to Muong Thanh is Mango Beach with tubing and a zoo like in Mongoland Dalat. Nearby seafood is very cheap & fresh. Coconut ice cream, tapioca cake & Ham Tien coconut are so delicious. On the way back, remember to stop by the Fish Sauce Museum to buy 60° Protein Shrimp Fish Sauce - a great gift for fish sauce connoisseurs. Remember to book 1-2 weeks in advance to get a good room. Traveloka customer service support is excellent, and is ready to upgrade for you for free. The price you see is the final price, no hidden fees. Recommended by me!

The staff was quite nice, especially a female staff named Tuyen at the restaurant who served dinner and breakfast for our family. The breakfast food was quite poor and not very delicious. But the room was quite bad, the room reeked of bleach, old towels and the smell of bleach. The hallway used essential oils that seemed to be of poor quality so it smelled very bad. The road in front of the hotel was under repair so it was quite bad.

Very very bad. I booked 2 Triple rooms (3 people room) for 2 nights but the hotel only provided amenities for 2 people. I complained but the hotel was silent and did not resolve the issue. The room was dirty and full of hair. The room was cleaned but the bathroom was very dirty and had hair. When I checked in, the floor was also dirty. There were no tissues in the room area. When I booked, I had arranged 2 rooms next to each other but when I checked in, they gave me 2 separate rooms. While the 2 rooms next to the door were both Triple rooms, they were not arranged. If I had known Muong Thanh's phone number to complain, I would have written a complaint letter. Very very bad, especially the receptionist and housekeeping staff. The housekeeping staff provided 2 bottles of water and 2 towels. I said the room was for 3 people, but the housekeeping said the room for 2 people was big so they only gave me that much, if I asked for more, they would give me more. The person who cooked pho and eggs at the hotel had an attitude, as if she was asking for it.

The hotel's interior and space are all old. The TV only shows normal channels, can't watch Youtube or other applications. Outside the room, the carpet is very dusty. my family had a short vacation in phan thiet and chose muong thanh hotel the staff was enthusiastic and friendly, i got a free room upgrade, but the room still had a musty smell, the room facilities and amenities were all downgraded compared to my previous experience

The pool area lights are too dark, the cleaning staff sits around the pool at night but still throws in pool cleaning chemicals, causing a very unpleasant smell. They don't dilute the chemicals, which is very unprofessional. The breakfast food is not diverse.

The hotel is moderate, compared to the service level of surrounding hotels, the price is very reasonable and the service quality is good. Meets the standards of the Muong Thanh system. The staff work responsibly, understand and try to make customers satisfied. The buffet breakfast is suitable, the food is well prepared. The family room is quite comfortable. The family stayed an extra day beyond expectations!
