I don't know about everyone else, but I'm extremely satisfied. When I arrived early, the hotel kept my suitcase and carefully noted it down. I was also supported with an early room. The swimming pool was empty and beautiful. I guess I didn't like it because only breakfast was a bit boring 😭 Oh, and there were no robes available either, so I had to wear a towel when I went to the pool 😢

Phòng nhỏ. Tủ lạnh không bán thêm đồ uống gì. Thẻ phòng chỉ có 1. Người trong phòng không được ngủ nếu có người ra ngoài. Phải canh mở cửa. Lối vào thì để sảnh lễ tân biển chỉ quá nhỏ. Hầm để ô tô thì có một cửa hẹp giữa hầm (đc hướng dẫn đỗ gần lối lên thang máy).

Lễ tân cho checkin từ 12h30 nhưng 15h30 vẫn chưa nhận được phòng vì lí do chưa dọn xong. không chỉ nhà mình mà 80% khách bị nhận muộn, chửi nhau um lên nhưng mặt nhân viên vẫn câng câng lên giả điếc. Nhà mình làm căng thì cho nhận phòng nhưng phòng chưa dọn xong. Có điều vô lí là khách đợi sớm, checkin sớm thì nhận muộn, có những nhà đến cái thì có phòng luôn??? :) Bao nhiêu nhà trẻ con bế ngửa cũng phải nóng mặt chờ, sảnh thì không đủ ghế cho khách ngồi nhưng phòng thì không có để cho khách nhận. Quá tệ!!! Phòng tắm nguyên khăn vứt dưới đất, trên bàn,.. quầy bar chưa dọn
