Great location with great view. Stayed one night after climbing Lao Than and the bed was super comfortable to sleep on. Buffet was not available due to COVID but we were able to order breakfast from the menu. Staffs were amazing, kind and helpful. Helped us rent a bike to go around Sapa. Also walking distance to many bars if you want to have a drink or two at night.

We had a pleasant stay there. They are the best hotel that I have ever stayed at. I really love the staff, the room, and the cleanliness. Their hospitality at the top. They cleaned our room everyday, and the view of their mountain view room is the best. Thank you so much. I will probably be back if I come to Sapa again. Take care.

ADVANTAGES: 1 - The front desk staff is extremely cute, pampering guests and listening to what guests reflect! 2 - Almost all necessary items. CONS: 1 - Broken refrigerator, brought fruit with no place to store (reflected, but had to send fruit to the front desk when eating, come down to pick it up, inconvenient). 2 - The bathroom is bad, small, even though the glass door is closed, water still flows on the floor. If you want to close the toilet door, you have to pull it to close it, otherwise it will open and smell. 3- Towels, face towels, blankets are very smelly. (Ask to change towels right at check-in is not much better, and blankets have to accept). 4 - Missing comb (additional requested). 5 - The glass door in front of the room with the balcony is not soundproof, located right on the road, the traffic passing by is very noisy. If you have trouble sleeping, you should have another option. 6 - The hotel does not have a car park. If you leave your car at the curb, when you come home late, park yourself far away. There is no guard to park the car. 7 - Room foul. The air conditioner turned on initially will rot. Run for a while to open the door to the room, then it's over. (This is new and interesting later): When going to the toilet, flushing, the air conditioner gives off an extremely terrible stench, it takes until t2 to discover. On the 1st day, you steamed the room with the smell of discharge, so you couldn't detect it when you went to the bathroom. Now I have been staying for 1 day, I absolutely do not dare to go to the toilet anymore, afraid of the smell, I can't breathe. 8 - Plastic slippers in the room when wet, the feet smell bad. I thought I had bad foot odor until I discovered it was due to the sandals (I asked to change the sandals but it's still the same shoes and still smells the same, requires a lot of real shame).
