ずいぶん前からお世話になっているホテルです。雰囲気が良いです。ロビーとか部屋もいいのですが、地下のレストランの雰囲気はローマの隠れ家レストランに来た感じで、ハノイにいることを忘れます。客室は広々で、キッチンがついているユニットもあります。調度品はシンプルですが長いソファーがありがたいです。風呂は今回はシャワーのみですが、十分です。タオルも厚さがしっかりして快適。朝食はようしょく、和食、洋食、アジア食、普通ですが、おいしいです。フォーもあります。2階のレストランはメニューが複雑でベトナム初心者はなかなか注文がしにくいかと思います。給仕の方も英語が微妙なので、相談にのってくれるほどではないです。メニューを借りて、レセプションに行って、相談するといいと思います。ルームサービスは今回からセットメニューになっており（麺、ご飯＋おかず、または、コース）こっちの方が便利かもしれません。だいたい200k VNDで食べられます。インドシナセンターも徒歩圏内ですので、食事は困らないかもしれません。まあ、近所でバインミー身振り手振りで買って（レセプションで具の種類を紙に書いてもらうと便利です。私は肉のペーストと、卵でしたが、最高においしかった）、部屋で食べてもいいですけどね。この地区に用事があるのであれば、おすすめのホテルです。

5回目くらいのステイです。11時ぐらいに到着してしまったのですが、アーリーチェックインさせていただきました。スタッフはフレンドリーでありながらプロフェッショナルです。部屋は眺めはあまり良くないですが、エアコン、シャワー、ベッド、ソファー、テレビ等快適。電源タップは国際規格です。2階のレストランを利用しました。一人だと量が多かったですが、味は大変良かったです。値段もリーズナブル。次回は地下のワインレストラン・バーに行こうと思います。オススメできるホテルです。

Wonderful stay made happen with the great vietnamese hospitality from the conceirge and front desk staff. absolutely brilliant ! only issue i had was the bathroom - the tub was too deep and the water pressure from the shower was pathetic to the point of dripping and the ceiling above was leaking with droplets of water

Initial welcoming was one of the best, seemed to go south from there unfortunately. Regarding the recommended massage facilities next door, for upcoming unsuspecting clients, be careful because the masseur girls will rip you off 'as tips' !! Breakfast options could be a little better, the chef's responsible for the egg/omelet making were late to arrive which appeared to be the best breakfast option that I missed !! Though upon departure, the complimentary transfer bus to the airport was a nice touch.

I paid for executive room and my friends had standard rooms. They all got a free upgrade and their rooms were even bigger than mine. So don't book executive room because you just end up paying for nothing. Hotel was excellent to its price, good restaurant downstairs and around the corner and breakfast is very good and included in price.
