Score 10. The view is so beautiful, every angle is beautiful, the couple took the camera fire. The minus point is the swimming pool is a bit small, the day my wife and husband passed, the swimming pool had not been used yet. This time I have a chance to re-enter the rich country, I still choose Naomi ❤️

Our stay was very relaxing and chilling. Our accommodation ( over water ) was a one off beautiful memory that probably will not be repeated again. The staff - they went over and above on anything that was requested. Very helpful and attentive. It’s quite remote , but that is part of the enjoyable ambiance that you get from this part of the island. ATVB to everyone there from John & Mandy ( Kent , England.)

Very nice place to stay, the bungalow on the beach definitely gave you a feel of “Maldives” but in Phu Quoc. The staff was really nice. They willingness to work with you. I love the small dog that they have. Really friendly as he greeted every customers and thought he was a highlight and make my stay 10 time better.

The over-water chalet is very eco-friendly, magnificient, has unreal views, area very quiet suitable for relaxation and romantic couple times. My 2-night stay was regrettably too short, I would have booked 1 week had i known it was so beautiful. Will definitely come back in the future. Meanwhile, I'll just boast to my friends about how amazing it was

I came to Naomi on a whim and when I arrived, I was overwhelmed by the space, the room was spacious, clean and wonderful. The bed sheets were soft, the room was well designed. The manager was friendly and enthusiastic. I will come back with my loved ones.

Clean room, nice view, professional staff, this place is suitable for relaxing with family and friends, suitable for couples. The location is on a somewhat deserted road, difficult to catch a car, can only catch a taxi. Next time I have the opportunity to come to Phu Quoc, I still want to stay here again 😊

No intercom to order food from room. Charged 15% of bill to get food served at the doorstep. Kettle is not clean. No elevator or baggage shifting service. Air conditioner not functional as expected. Door mechanism was bad. Couldn't lock the door. All the time door was unlocked during our stay. Unpleasant experience not worth for money.

1. Nice room, nice view, but there is an extra note asking the hotel to decorate the honey moon without it. 2. I booked tickets on the app - I have to pay after payment to confirm the reservation, but the reception is not flexible for guests even though the customer has also shown the confirmation email from the app in full. In addition, the front desk let guests call the app switchboard by themselves is very time consuming without any operator to pick up while the hotel and the app have a focal point to work together, much easier to handle. This problem is not clear due to the app or Naomi's side but I was quite annoyed at the time of checking out. Overall feeling inadequate. But I don't want to spoil Naomi's image, so I still rate it for satisfaction :)

Resort does not support airport shuttle, resort far from the airport, I take a taxi for 200/1 way, ask the resort for a quote of 275k/1 way. I booked a water front bungalow room but when I delivered the room, the room had a garden view. Wifi is too weak, can not connect. In general, the service is too bad, only come once, not the second time

Resort quá ít nhân viên. Mặc dù phòng trống khách đứng chờ checkin đến 15h hơn. Dịch vụ ăn uống không có phục vụ buổi trưa và tối. Xe đạp đa phần hỏng và xì lốp.

Giờ check in bị muộn của khách đến 40p mà chẳng có cũng chẳng có tí gì quan tâm, để khách hỏi 2 3 lần khi nào mới có phòng. Phòng seaview mà không phải seaview, thực chất là gardenview. Hỏi thì kêu nhìn xéo sẽ ra biển. Nên rõ ràng và cụ thể trên app để khách sau đỡ phải thắc mắc. Kiểu như bị lừa. Mở cửa sổ hay cửa chính đều là vườn cây. Nhà gỗ trên biển thì giao phòng muộn tới 40p. Tiền trả đủ chứ có thiếu đồng nào mà kiểu như bị lừa .

Đẹp thì đẹp thật, sạch sẽ không bàn nhưng không rõ ràng về giờ giấc nhận phòng cũng như phòng như thế nào là seaview và thế nào là gardenview. Mình đặt 2 phòng seaview mà nhìn ra thẳng vườn, hỏi lễ tân thì họ báo nhìn xéo sẽ ra biển? Thật ngớ ngẫn. Thế nào là nhìn ra biển và thế nào là nhìn ra vườn? Yêu cầu Resort nên cung cấp hình ảnh rõ ràng trên app để khách sau này đơ nhầm lẫn. 2 phòng nhà gỗ trên biển, để thông báo là 14h nhận phòng nhưng đợi gần 15h mới được nhận phòng? Nếu không hỏi chắc cũng không biết đến bao giờ mới được nhận phòng. Ai cũng đi xa nắng nôi đến để nghỉ ngơi mà thấy lễ tân không quan tâm lắm việc khách nhận phòng trễ. Tiền phòng và phí thì tới nơi tính đủ. Nhưng làm sai thì chỉ im. Để tự cá nhân khách hàng kiếm thì nói đủ thử này kia.

Nếu bạn nào đến Phú Quốc để tận hướng không gian riêng tư thì chọn Naomi sẽ rất tuyệt. Không gian riêng tư, sạch sẽ, gần gũi thiên nhiên, view đẹp. Nhưng theo ý kiến cá nhân mình bên cạnh đó Naomi có nhiều điểm trừ mà mọi người nên lưu ý: - Khoảng cách từ Hàm Ninh ra thị trấn khá xa, tầm 17-18km đi bằng xe máy, đi taxi tầm 250-300k. Khu vực không có đen đường, đi xe máy nên lưu ý hạn chế ban đêm. - Không có nhân viên mang vali lên giúp, nên mấy bạn đi nhóm nữ mà mang vali cồng kềnh sẽ bất tiện. - Hồ bơi nhỏ và không sử dụng được. - Có thu thêm phí dịch vụ dọn phòng (mình không hiểu và cúng không được nhân viên nhắc đến lúc nhận phòng và cũng không có hoá đơn) - Toilet đêm thứ 2 mình ở có mùi hôi của cống rất khó chịu. Tổng thể thì chuyến đi này mình chưa thật sự hài lòng lắm 😓
