Probably used to serving Western guests. Vietnamese guests have normal attitude. Guests carry their own luggage to check in and out at the hotel, no one helps carry it. Guests have to pay for parking themselves.

The price is also quite reasonable, however, it is the same price level as other hotels but there is an additional fee for parking on the street, the hotel should work and cover this cost in the hotel rental fee. The person collecting the money collects the car according to their preference (my family had 2 cars parked not next to each other, and my car was the one that was watched and collected the money while the other car could enter and exit freely?), when collecting the money, they asked for the bill but there was no receipt. Furthermore, when arriving at the hotel, the security guard recorded the phone number + license plate information, but did not say that parking costs money and that the security guard is not responsible for watching the car, so why record the information?

I have stayed at this hotel many times, but this time I just found out that only foreign guests have welcome drinks. I heard the receptionist say "please offer drinks to those 2 foreign guests" because I was sitting next to the bar counter. Meanwhile, I and some other guests waited to check in before them. The drink was not good, but it showed me the unprofessional way of working of the receptionists. Female receptionist at the bar counter, noon 07/13/2025.

I visited the hotel twice when I came to Nha Trang. Plus points: - Room: has a beautiful sea view, spacious, very large deluxe bed, can sleep 3 adults. Service: staff are professional, friendly, enthusiastic; hotel service makes me feel that the hotel can meet all the needs of guests (from borrowing dining utensils, beach towels, irons, ...) There is a delicious welcome drink, the hotel lobby is airy, cool, soft sofa ... Minus points: I feel the breakfast buffet is not very special, the flavor is not special.

parking is a disaster. can park 3 cars. one car blocks the other and can't get out. waited almost an hour to get the car in and out. view is ok like any other sea view hotel. bed is harder than concrete. for this price, I promise never to come back.
