My wife and I have a vacation in Da Lat and I chose Ngoc Phat hotel as the accommodation for my 4n3d trip. I book a room on Traveloka app - Supper Double Lake View room class. Check in at the hotel from the receptionist, security guard, bell man to the room cleaner. My first plus is very satisfied. 3-star hotel but the rooms are quite spacious, airy and clean. The second plus point, hot water in guests is quite plentiful, fully equipped no less than 4 stars. Breakfast buffet is just enough. On the roadside is Big C supermarket & Lam Vien square which is very convenient for families with small children. The third plus point, from the hotel to the attractions is quite close and convenient. Really very satisfied when staying at Ngoc Phat

The hotel has a favorable location, although it has been in existence for a long time, it is still very new and clean due to its careful renovation and upgrading over the years, clean rooms, good equipment and furniture.

This place is a bit noisy at night because it's near the street. I wonder if the back is quiet or not?! Because my family lives on the side with the balcony.

The couple was sleeping soundly at around 1am when the door to the room opened wide and someone in the next room jerked the door loudly. Outside in the hallway, people walking by were talking and could be heard clearly in the room. I praised the friendly staff for allowing early check-in and delicious breakfast.

Clean rooms, good service staff, good breakfast. The only room in the back is the west side so it's very hot. I was not satisfied when the hotel assigned the western room.

phòng ok, rộng rãi. đồ ăn sáng rất dở, đèn hành lang tối, đèn trong phòng tắm tối không đủ để thấy đường cạo râu. nhân viên không kiểu thân thiện như mấy khách sạn mình đang đi, kiểu chỉ làm công việc ấy.
