Very irresponsible with customers, booked a room on the system but when arrived, they said there were no rooms available because they did not check the booking system.

Tệ không còn gì để nói! Đệm thì không tháo lớp ny-lông ra. Tắt máy lạnh thì ngủ nong ướt hết lưng! Bật máy lạnh thì chăn mỏng hơn khăn chải giường! Gối thì cao! không thể ngủ được. Phòng đặt cũng 6-700k chứ có phải 200k đâu mà tệ vậy ! Hỏi lễ tân thì cái gì cũng không có ! Điện thoại lễ tân không bận mà gọi xuống lễ tân cứ tút bận ! Phải lọ mọ chạy xuống! Đêm đói hộp mỳ cũng không có! không biết khách sạn kiểu gì! Lỡ đặt 3 ngày rồi ! Mà hoàn tiền không được ! Chẳng lẽ bỏ tiền thuê chô khác

dirty, the staff is not ok, the birth room, but when I checked in, I saw that there was still urine that was not flushed. dare not sleep. If you miss your book, you must go to another hotel to sleep
