Room reasonable price (from 250-300k). Suitable for business or tourism. Quite close to the airport, surrounding many restaurants, near the busiest Republic of Ho Chi Minh City. Room furniture is new & beautiful, especially the bathroom. The hotel has motorbike rental and laundry drying price is also ok. Will choose when the opportunity to re-enter Ho Chi Minh.

The room is quite ok, the location is near the airport. Very convenient.
The staff and owner are nice. I really like the bathroom and toilet. But the bed sheets and some furniture have not been cleaned, a bit dusty. The rest is ok, the price is reasonable.

The bedding was too firm for me, create pain to my back! Just not for me! No water bottles! Very tiny space! Very loud locals and families! Until during the night till 3am. Poor sound proof and bedding. Unbearable!

Nhat Minh Anh Hotel thanks customers for their contributions to service quality.
"Dirty gas pedal" when you checked in, the hotel changed the room and cleaned it before giving it to the guest. She reported it to the receptionist and they helped the guest change the room but he said there was no need. The next day, we replaced the entire room for her so that she could exchange it for 3 other friends to move in. We also provided 1 extra pillow and 1 soft pillow, and the receptionist brought it to her room. The standard room in my room only has 2 guests per room. If there is a case of adding more people, you have to notify the receptionist to register the guest's stay, but you did not notify them when asked and avoided it, when the receptionist called. The room has just been confirmed for 3 people in the room. Sincerely thank .

First of all, Engineer Nhat Minh Anh thanks you for your contribution.
First, I booked a room and paid for it on Traveloka for my parents. My aunt and uncle stayed for 4-5 hours, but there was an urgent need to catch a bus to Da Lat, so I asked them to cancel the room and return the money to me. I explained and according to Traveloka's regulations, it does not allow room cancellations on the same day.
Monday, when her parents came to check in, the receptionist borrowed a photo ID to register their stay and returned it to her parents. But when I checked out, she and her mother loudly demanded the CCCD back. My side said that I would check it again for me because my side didn't keep it. Maybe that made me uncomfortable.
Third, from the time I checked in to the time I checked out, I did not receive any complaints from you.

The staffs are friendly but the hotel they didn't give us watter. Bottle of watter cost 10k VND. Room quite small and clogged drain.
