The hotel's swimming pool is small, the water is cloudy and not changed, the room smells. Hot water is intermittent. The hotel does not have plastic bags for guests.

1/ Your booked room does not have swimming pool facilities and this is clearly shown during the booking process.
This swimming pool belongs to the villa, and is being repaired so it cannot be listed for sale on the system.
2/ If you have a problem with your room, you can report it to our staff to find a solution when checking in, or we can change you to another room, but we cannot upgrade your room for free at your request. guest.
3/ You can take plastic bags to the reception desk, the receptionist can assist you; To protect the environment, the hotel limits the use of plastic bags in the room.
