Rooms and location were good. Staff were generally pretty helpful. The bed was on the hard side but not too bad. I would suggest having some ear plugs. We could hear whenever the adjoining room used there bathroom and absolutely everything that went on in the hallway from people walking to their room, doors opening and shutting and drunk loud Russians coming home at 2am yelling and banging on their door (you could even hear their phone ring when reception called to tell them to be quite).

My vacation this time is quite satisfying. I moved from seaway hotel to nice swan because I did not intend to spend much for staying. Although this is just a high quality motel, all services are fine. The location of the hotel on the apple is wrongly positioned, the right number of 64 heroes to go straight to the place.

The staff works for the occasion of the Tet holiday so I want to chase the guests early in the morning to facilitate the cleaning, the receptionist does not update the date and time the guest is signing and pay the full amount to call up the room without the polite, will not come back next time

The hotel is near the sea, the room has no 2 bottles of loc water every day, the sound insulation between rooms is not good, I can hear the sound of other rooms. The pool on the 9th floor is quite small, just like a swimming pool to show me. However, compared to the price I book on the app, I don't ask much about hotels. Friendly reception, daily room service, support to book tours for me and motorbike rental is always convenient
