Very nice place and nice staff and great service. It is worth to spend weekend here. Breakfast buffet is so nice as well. I am very impressed with staff and service here, I did buy some fruit but don't have knife to take cover off, then I asked help from kitchen here, then they made me surprise then cut all fruit, put it on dish and served me to room. The resort also are very close to Tam Coc cave, then you could visit the famous place easily.

The hotel has everything that my family needs when staying here. A big plus is that the hotel is very attentive to babies, thoughtfully arranging both baby cots for small children and chairs in the bathroom for older children to go to the toilet and wash their hands. Staff were friendly and enthusiastic. Hotel location is near Tam Coc area (5 minutes walk). My family had a great experience here and will definitely choose to return in the next trip to Ninh Binh.

Luxury hotel, nice room with nice view, professional, dedicated and enthusiastic staff. Suitable if you like the privacy and elegance of the interior. The hotel's restaurant has good food, the price is not high but the portions are plenty. Buffet breakfast is also good, not too many dishes but not too few dishes, suitable mouth and suitable for breakfast of both western and Vietnamese.

Exceptional hotel, perfect location. Our room was beautiful and the view from my window was spectacular. It sits at the beginning of the road, full of restaurants and bars and many things to see and do. Annie The receptionist was most welcoming and accommodating. She is always running around making sure everybody is happy.

The room was spacious and clean. The garden had nice paper lanterns which created lovely views to the entrance. However, the bed was too hard and uncomfortable. The pressure of the water in the bathroom was weak. The furniture was outdated and the carpet too. The hotel was gloomy and sad. I didn't like the energy of it at all. However, I have to say that Annie at the reception was great. She wentbout of her way to resolve an inconvenience created by a tour company that was supposed to provide us with a private tour. Annie handled the situation very professionally and made sure we were well and ok after that trip. Thank you very much, Annie

Beautiful hotel with a nice view and pool. The couples massage we had at the spa was excellent! Highly recommend getting one, they have magic hands. Reception is quick to respond to any of your needs. Breakfast is ok, omelets were good but coffee could be better. They had many other options, just none of them suited us.

Breakfast buffet was good, got free bikes to ride around - some of the bikes probably unsafe and needed of service/replacement. Overall, I am very happy with it.

The staff is very accommodating and responsive, but their English was a bit weak. I booked the family suite which was just two connecting rooms. Unfortunately they put the two single beds for the kids in the nicer of the two rooms, which was wrong, so the kids had a bath tub and a shower, plus nicer robes, bigger room, etc., while the parents had the smaller room with a queen bed, small bathroom, junky robes, etc. But the two big negatives were: (1) the shower in the smaller adult room leaked all over the place, so we all used the shower in the kids room, but that shower was clogged, so it filled up with water and you had to wait for it to go down before you could continue your shower. I called the front desk about this, they promptly sent up a worker who did some something and then gave me a thumbs up, but the shower drain was exactly the same -- bad and it never got fixed during our entire stay. (2) the AC does not blow cold but rather blows cool. We were there in the hot season and the room never got as cold as other hotels we stayed at, but this is not a 5 star hotel. Breakfast buffet was okay, not very tasty, but lots of options. Pool is a must in Ninh Binh. Chookies is okay, but I highly recommend Happy Wind restaurant which is to the left of the hotel, not to the right towards town.

Our stay at the Hidden Charm Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the entire team went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable and relaxing experience.
A special mention goes to Thank from customer support, who truly exceeded our expectations. Not only was Thank incredibly attentive and helpful, but she also surprised us with a cake for my wife’s birthday, making our stay even more special.
Dinh in the restaurant was another highlight of our stay. Her kindness and readiness to assist us at every meal made dining a pleasure, which is tricky with a two year old.
Vu Minh worked tirelessly to make our stay as comfortable as possible. His dedication and hard work did not go unnoticed, and we are deeply grateful for his efforts.
The barman around the pool was another joy. His cheerful and happy demeanor added a delightful touch to our poolside relaxation.
Overall, the whole team pulled out all the stops to make our stay unforgettable. The hotel’s great facilities and prime location ( not even an 5 minute walk to restaurants annd excursions) only added to the experience. I highly recommend the Hidden Charm Hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and delightful stay.

I got a room on the 9th floor with a beautiful and spacious balcony overlooking the karst mountains (and some factory site, but unfortunately that's how it is in Vietnam - they are working of removing old polluting industry from this pristine environment). The staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke enough of English to get by. The room is of a boutique type and although a bit aged, it is beautiful. The hotel gave me two free dinners for my three night stay and they even printed a menu for me, featuring my name and the menu items. Now nice and attentive! The hotel is close to the famous Trang An world heritage site, as well as Hoa Lu, the ancient Vietnamese capita, and other site. The Hotel gave me a bicycle so I drove to Trang An, took a boat tour, and return back to the hotel. A reallky nice and pleasant stay. Thank you Ninh Binh Hidden Charm Hotel & Resort!

Our stay at the Hidden Charm was amazing. The service was impeccable, they had great tour packages that included a private tour guide and transportation services which made the experience highly enjoyable and worry free. The property has plenty of amenities, we came at a colder and rainier time but could see how this would be an even more amazing stay with warmer and sunnier weather. It’s walking distance to restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for the Ninh Binh, White Lotus experience!

I got a room on the 9th floor with a beautiful and spacious balcony overlooking the karst mountains (and some factory site, but unfortunately that's how it is in Vietnam - they are working of removing old polluting industry from this pristine environment). The staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke enough of English to get by. The room is of a boutique type and although a bit aged, it is beautiful. The hotel gave me two free dinners for my three night stay and they even printed a menu for me, featuring my name and the menu items. Now nice and attentive! The hotel is close to the famous Trang An world heritage site, as well as Hoa Lu, the ancient Vietnamese capita, and other site. The Hotel gave me a bicycle so I drove to Trang An, took a boat tour, and return back to the hotel. A reallky nice and pleasant stay. Thank you Ninh Binh Hidden Charm Hotel & Resort!

Our stay at the Hidden Charm was amazing. The service was impeccable, they had great tour packages that included a private tour guide and transportation services which made the experience highly enjoyable and worry free. The property has plenty of amenities, we came at a colder and rainier time but could see how this would be an even more amazing stay with warmer and sunnier weather. It’s walking distance to restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for the Ninh Binh, White Lotus experience!
