Noi Bai Airport Hotel

Stayed here for a night to be close to the airport for a flight in the morning. The room is perfectly fine, staff are super nice and helpful. It served it's purpose!

Good value hotel near the international terminal of the airport. I walked to the hotel - only 700 metres from arrivals.

I guess you get what you pay for. Too noisy and had bed, with insufficient bedding. Noisy AC. Will not stay again.

A no-frills hotel that is walkable from the airport

If you are a budget traveller with a late arrival/early departure/short layover, then this hotel is for you! Firstly lets get the downsides out of the way. The bed was more at the plank of wood end of the mattress spectrum. I like a firm bed so still call it a mattress. Others might not agree. This hotel is SO close to the airport, literally the first thing you get to. Which means its located on the highway to the airport. So it was noisy. REALLY noisy. Bring earplugs and request a room not on the street. Despite this, I was happy with my stay and would stay here again: - check in was swift, seamless and friendly - i had my own room with wifi (for that price this is impressive) - the shower was hot and powerful - the sheets and towels were as clean and white as if they were new. - the convenience to the airport is incredible. I walked to the hotel This isn't where you stay to experience a different part of part city, this hotel has one purpose and it delivers on that. HOW TO GET THERE - you can walk 5-10mins from the international terminal or 20-25mins from the domestic terminal (its so close taxi drivers laughed when I asked them to take me) - its totally safe, I am a female solo traveller and walked from the domestic terminal at 11pm. - its paved the whole way. Just start walking and follow the footpath til you get to the hotel. - if you want you could get the free shuttle bus from domestic to international terminal and then walk

Location was great. Literally 10 minutes walk from the doorstep of the International terminal. Footpath was in excellent condition and the hotel is the 2nd or 3rd hotel you see when walking down the road from the airport. Room was pretty spacious and clean. Good value, especially for a long transit.

Prefect location to airport. We walked there at night along the well lit pavement, it felt safe. Hotel was clean. The staff welcoming and friendly but don't speak English but were patient with my attempts to communicate. We booked a room for three adults and were pleased with its spaciousness. Bathroom was huge and had toiletries and toilet roll, which we didn't expect for the cheap price we paid.

Cheap and cheerful - we stayed as we had to be up at 4am for a flight the next day and it did the job for a good price! Staff didn't really speak much English and the bed was quite uncomfortable.

Easy walk straight out the airport doors -turn right and follow the footpath for a few hundred meters and your there. Staff speak limited English but were helpful

The hotel still required a taxi to the airport. There was no free shuttle. The local area is somewhat shady and if you are a vegetarian it will be difficult to find a meal. It served a purpose and for that we were grateful, i.e. it's close proximity to the airport.

You can not trust Hotel staff. They change color according to their need.

It is just close to the airport. Smell cigarette and the staff don't speak english.

It was precisely what I wanted - not expensive but near by. The rate is excellent and everything was fine

Pros: About 10mins walk from the airport along a rather nicely decorated path (Don't worry about walking from the airport at night, as the path is well lit and paved.) Cheap. Room is big and spacious. Good wifi connection. Air-conditioner and TV works great. Cons We got a room that faced the main road, so it was really noisy. Walls are paper thin, so you will hear other guests moving in. The bed is rock hard. Room service didn't clear out the previous trash. 2 little cockroaches in the bathroom. I recommend you only book this if you have a tight budget, a medium layover and need someplace near to bunk in for the night.

Real difficulty trying to communicate with the staff. They cannot understand simple English. I have to use hand language to get the message across. I booked this hotel due to the Free Transfer/Pick Up to/from airport. During booking,I have stated clearly that I required the Free Transfer on 16/3/17 morning. Instead, the hotel received instruction from our taxi driver from Hanoi to pick us up from the airport on 15/3/17. Such a dissapointment as we have to fork out additional 70,000 Dong for transfer to airport again the next day It is also very unprofessional as the hotel staff took photos of our passports with her handphone during check in.

The amenities were amazing but the staff was horrible. You book an airport hotel for its shuttle to get sleep then leave the next day. I told them when I reserved the room when to pick me up. When I arrived no one was there. I called them and it took them 45 minutes to arrive. Then we literally drive 5 minutes and we are there. We could have walked!!! It was so frustrating and such bad customer service they couldnt speak any english. Then in the morning we wanted a ride back to catch the bus into town and we saw no car and she said go and walk its 5 minutes. 30 MINUTES LATER we finally arrive to the airport with our luggage and I was appalled because thats literally why I booked this place was for the shuttle. If you want a walk use this hotel because its beautiful. If you want customer service and a shuttle pick a different hotel
