Fantastic base for Hanoi. While it is a 30min taxi from the old quarter, it has resort style accom for a family of five. Very good two bedroom suite for family of five. The king bed is spacious and can sleep comfortably 2adults and seven year old. Laundry and kitchenette available. Poolside and gym are a great way to relax unwind from the hectic tourist trail. Staff are very obliging - helpful.

Everything at the hotel was great: Location, Room, Breakfast, Lobby, etc. But the biggest reason for me to go there again and again is the helpful, friendly and efficient staff, willing to help with anything.

Arrived early and was able to check in. Process is fast and service is good. Front desk staff is very helpful. Room is clean and housekeeping does a good job maintaining that level of cleanliness every day. Good breakfast spread and service is once again good. Lunch at the cafe and dinner at the rooftop bar is so-so. There are better options away from the hotel that is cheaper and of better quality.

Came here for Ms. Loan. Unfortunately she is busy with her work but still made the strong effort to come and see me and say hello at the 17th floor. Will definitely return to this Hotel when I visit again despite the higher price and no convenient stores nearby. PS: Please top up some cup/bowl noodles for guest to purchase.

Returned to stay after the last trip last year December from work. This time with a colleague so booked the 2 room apartment and try out. Back to find the staff Ms. Loan to have a chat which was the one of the main reason I chose Novotel. Great to see her again and hope to be back soon again for a stay. Overall great, one minus point is the hot water in bathroom is slightly difficult to use to adjust the correct temperature, but is not a big issue. Hope the rooftop bar can open till 2 a.m. or more to accommodate my return late from work at 12 a.m. Overall, a great stay!
