The staff is quite friendly and enthusiastic. Because I booked a cheap room, the facilities are not complete, still rudimentary, but it is cool, watching the rain and clouds is ok. After a whole day of playing and coming home to sleep at night, I am quite satisfied.

The room is quite ugly compared to the picture, the room is very cold at night, there is no heater. Compared to other homestays in DL, it is quite expensive and ugly. An unforgettable vacation here! The very, very strong minus point here is the staff! Reason: I booked a room through the Traveloka app, then I wanted to rent a car so I texted the page on fb, then I asked very politely and gently: "Can your family give me a list of places to visit and eat for reference?" Then the page texted me asking for my contact number! It was noon, almost 11 o'clock, I went to eat and received a call from this homestay. After eating, I called back and received the following answer and attitude from the hotline staff, I would like to present the conversation again because I did not intend to record: I asked: Hello, is there anything you want? The other side: Who is it, is there anything? I replied: Yes, I asked for your phone number earlier, I came back from eating and saw your team calling so I called back to ask if there was anything? The other side: Who are you? There are so many people, I don't know you. This is the "BUSINESS" phone number of Autumn Window, then this guy said again that this is the hotline number. When I heard that, I thought that this guy must not be very flexible. EVERYONE, HELP ME ANALYZE THIS PARAGRAPH! 😡 The other side: "My side runs a homestay business for accommodation, but I DON'T HAVE FREE TIME to find a place for you to eat, drink, and have fun. If you want anything, just search on Google! I don't have free time here" I was shocked by the attitude of answering the customer like that. A place that does business, serves tourists, but they hired an employee with a very, very poor attitude and behavior! Instead of saying, "My side only specializes in accommodation, but I'm not specialized in food, drink, and having fun. You can look it up online," this guy said with a very rude attitude and very displeasing to the customer! 😡 The story doesn't stop there! On Sunday, we had 2 gifts sent to the reception desk! This guy also received them. When I got home from hanging out, around 3pm I called the Autumn Window zalo, this guy directly used this zalo and answered the phone! I called to ask to pick up 2 bags of stuff, he said he would pick them up in the afternoon because he was sleeping, honey? Then I made an appointment for the evening, then around 5pm this guy called and spammed me and sent me the message below! I have a character limit, everyone read more

Having stayed at many hotels in Da Lat, this time I tried to experience a homestay, of course it won't be as good as a hotel, but it's what I wanted to experience myself. The receptionist was polite, very different from what I read in the reviews of previous guests. As for the room, it was rated as clean and cool, more suitable for young people to stay here to experience than for families (family is still ok but it depends on the parents' preferences). Overall, I was satisfied with my trip here this time.

Compared to the price, I am satisfied. The scenery is beautiful, the manager is enthusiastic and cheerful. But the entrance is quite steep and difficult to find, the address is Le Hong Phong but you have to go to the beginning of Ngo Thi Sy street. The alley is long, round and very steep, not suitable for new drivers. There is a kitchen and basic facilities for cooking, the floor is covered with imitation leather so it is a bit damp. There are very few shops around, walk about 800m to Mr. Minh's Beef restaurant at 04 Le Hong Phong, very delicious, cheap, good service
