Everyone was kind and accommodating. We came very late at night and from the moment we got there we were well taken care of. The rooms were super comfortable and had all we needed and more. To top it off, the view of the river and city were amazing. I would absolutely stay here again! They also helped us with our laundry which we really appreciate.

They organised a room with a great view of Landmark 81 and also nicely decorated our room and provided a lovely birthday cake for us to celebrate. Great welcoming staff too. Was more than happy with the Studio Executive room we stayed in. Easy to call a taxi/Grab to nearby Landmark 81 or Thao Dien.

I arrived at the hotel on August 16 and 17. The receptionists were all very attentive and welcomed me wholeheartedly. There was Mr. Nguyen (bellman) who transported things for me and was very enthusiastic and friendly. Very ok with this experience

The room is clean and spacious, the support staff and receptionist are very polite and attentive, but the hotel should pay attention to the security guard's attitude towards guests, they don't even bother to answer questions, they just keep their faces on their phones all the time, the security guard's attitude is extremely bad.

I booked a room many nights before everything was fine. But until yesterday I was really disappointed, the room I booked was deluxe but the staff offered to upgrade to a better One-Bedroom Executive room, because the room I booked was sold out. The room they gave me was really bad, the space was stuffy, the air conditioner didn't work, because this was the last room I had to accept.
