The hotel was great. There are many beautiful places to take pictures. Dedicated staff. I arrived early, but it was not time to check in but was supported by the hotel for early check-in. Next time I have the opportunity to come to Phu Quoc, I will definitely book a room here

My husband and I spent our 21st wedding anniversary in paradise. There was a problem with our initial room but the response from the resort was prompt professional and surpassed our expectations. Our suite, the pools, walkways, and beach were beautiful but best of all were the great staff. A highlight was dinner on the pier. Thanks to the resort for the memory making experience.

The property is very unique. I was only there one full day and 2 nights. The jungle bungalow on the 2nd floor was like being in a treehouse. The beach is private and easily accessible and the pool is lovely and relaxing. Sunsets are beautiful and enjoyed from the beach could be a very romantic evening. The food was adequate for the time I was there. If you did a 4-5 day stay, you may want to venture out of the resort but nothing is walkable, you would need to arrange transportation. The breakfast offered is very nice, large variety of food

Nice resort although it was very quiet even over the Easter weekend. Food and drink is expensive by Vietnamese standards. The best meal we had was at a pizza restaurant called the Spot, just on the road outside the resort gate. The pizza was the best we have ever had anywhere and the service was to match. Lovely wines and free desserts were a bonus. It was recommended to us by other guests and our meal there was the highlight of our evenings on the island. Would highly recommend it

My wife and I stayed here for 8 nights. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Dining options are good, not 5 star but still lots of variety. Overall its a great experience in a beautiful location. We have been to some nice resorts in Hawaii, Jamaica, Mexico, etc and this experience ranks right up there. If you want a new experience, try Vietnam on for size.

Rustic, full of flowers and plants. I was first very concerned about mosquitos since the rustic design leaving the room not sealed from the environment. Surprisingly I did not get a single bite during the stay. Maybe it was not the mosquito season. I wish they have a bed turn down service at the evening. However, I did get food poisoning at its restaurant. The rice they served that time should never has passed the kitchen, which hopefully will be done better in the future.

The hotel was amazing, staff were helpful and extremely nice. Our room was always clean, stuffed with new bottles of water and fresh towels. They even had a beach bag and slippers, a mosquito spray and an umbrella. The room itself was so authentic, a real bungalow.
It was worth it to pay extra for breakfast; it was so variable and delicious. We would definitely recommend this place to visit. We are even thinking of coming back for a longer time.

Lovely little oasis on the beach! Very tropical surroundings and the beach front villa gave a real homely feel. Sadly a wet day so couldn’t appreciate the beautiful pool and what looks like private beach but a great stay! Thanks team!

I think the pictures oversell it. We booked a "premium king" bungalow but upgraded to an ocean view villa when we realized how little privacy the bungalows have. They are right next to each other, stacked one on top of the other, with the unfortunate feature of being able to hear other people's conversation.
That said, it is "good value" as other reviews have pointed out---so just know what to expect. Food quality was neither great nor bad. Staff were nice.
