Olive Hanoi Hotel was strategically located near the old quarters which I loved so much. The staffs were also very friendly and helpful. I will definitely book again when I come back to Hanoi!

The first room's AC was not working. We arrived at 3 am from our flight so we didn't inform the staff. Although we have paid for 2 nights already, my parents wanted to transfer to another hotel. The receptionist upon knowing this immediately gave us another room. You need to open your door for 15 minutes with the fan on to let out the stale/musty smell. The receptionists were very friendly and will try their best to accommodate your requests. Food was simple (egg banh mi everyday) but sufficient. Overall, the budget price is ok if you are not too fussy. Thanks Olive Hanoi Hotel!

The very good thing is that is quiet. You can hear the silence, that was nice many other hostal's are noisy for the rest is everything okay.

Staffs are friendly, but they didn't really support guest when I asked to borrow the comb and hair-dryer, the door was broken

The receptionist did not introduce about anything. My booking has free breakfast but they did not say anything about this. The room was terrible. A.C just has cooling mode even though Hanoi is winter at that time. Never come back here.
