Osaka Hotel

The hot water system had problem and as a result, my family did not have warm water for shower especially during rainy cold days. :(( Never have such bad experience like that before.

The room was ok overall. It's located near the beach, the beds are comfortable, the bath is great. However, it felt like the staff did not pay much attention to the guests (e.g.: there was no toilet paper), and the room is quite small.
