Palm Beach 2 Hotel

The hotel is Palm beach 2 but in front of the room is Long beach so it shows that it is unprofessional, the whole bedroom has some light bulbs like photos (there is also 1 ball burned). Wifi is weak at times, the phone in the room can not call the receptionist, wake up in the morning, phone call for the receptionist is not okay, take the phone for the receptionist to call and no one will answer the phone. I was in room 101 and 102 on July 7, October 5, 1919. I'm not happy with Palm Beach 2. I booked a room of 35m2, a double bed. However, when we arrived at the hotel, we provided our room with 35m2 but it was 3 single beds, of which 2 single beds were combined to form 1 double bed. I quickly contacted the receptionist and received the answer "Due to a system error". Obviously, I received a receipt and there is clearly an Executive Deluxe Double Room. Since waiting for a long time, when the receptionist did not call again, I took the initiative to go down. At that time, the receptionist changed to the right kind of room for herself. I wonder if the hotel is deliberately changing its room type or something system error. But I was not very pleased with such preparation from the hotel. Next, the fridge in my room did not feel cold at all, asked if the staff said it was a refrigerator but it was not cool, the light in the room was not bright enough. If you want to read books, it will be really annoying. Air conditioning is the same. I open it all the way up to 16 degrees and I don't see anything cool. The breakfast was really boring, I stayed for 3 days, the 3 breakfast meals were not different, repeating was boring. Really 3 star hotel but I did not find it worth anything. Not really satisfied with Palm Beach 2, will not return for the second time.
