Friendly staff. The room quality is a bit old, but for sleeping it's fine. The location is very nice next to the Han River. Very convenient to go out at night to sightsee and move around. Overall, it's ok for a temporary stay.

The air conditioner in the room was not cool when we checked in. We reported it to fix it, but when we went to sleep at night it was still the same and it was not fixed. We booked a room with a view at a higher price but it was not comfortable to use. It was too hot to sleep at night. The handling was too bad for the customer to experience.

The location is very strategic, right in front of the Han River hotel with a direct view of Dragon Bridge. The only downside is cleanliness; at breakfast, a small cockroach was seen wandering around the buffet.

I had a very unsatisfactory experience staying at this hotel. The room I booked on the app and the room I actually received were completely different. I sent the hotel the booking code and payment bill, but the hotel replied that the app sold me the room, not the hotel, so they were not responsible for my problem. Okay, I paid an additional amount of nearly 600k to get the room I wanted. So I will share about the hotel. First, the parking is inconvenient. I asked the receptionist, the receptionist told me to ask the security guard, I asked the security guard 3 times and he still said to go up to the upper section, if there is none, then forget it 😀. Second, the room smelled musty, the air conditioner was too hot. Third, the breakfast had very few dishes, I couldn't tell who was the staff and who was the guest because there was no uniform. And the most impressive thing was the receptionist who checked me in. Are you very busy or something? You answered every question I asked and talked on the phone, or did other work. If the app can read it, you should check the image with the hotel to avoid the same situation as me. I'm not greedy for cheap prices. When I booked, I thought the app had a voucher for me, so I booked for more than 800.

Old room, dirty towels and pillows, lack of room amenities, old swimming pool, bad soundproofing, only a few breakfast items. The staff was irresponsible, booked on app then called to confirm with the hotel staff but they said they didn't receive it and had closed the app on travel. Really scared with this experience. In general, the hotel is very bad compared to the price of 800k/room. Will never come back.

Old hotel, pictures and reality are not the same. The room view is really big, can see the dragon bridge. Hair dryer is not strong, water tap is broken, not repaired, shower hose is broken, water is not strong, hotel is not renovated. The room is big but air conditioner is small, towel is very old, robe in closet looks like not washed, not clean. Breakfast is late, run out, not refilled.

Khách sạn có vị trí rất đẹp, ngay bờ sông hàn, gần chợ hàn, tiện đi lại tham quan ăn uống. Cơ sở vật chất cũng khá ổn, nhân viên nhiệt tình. Nhưng buổi tối cực kì ồn ào. Phòng cách âm rất kém nên âm thanh từ bar (hay beer club) cạnh bên (hay trên lầu mình không rõ) nghe thấy rất rõ (đến tận 2-3h sáng). Thậm chí tiếng mưa rơi xuống mái tôn (hay vật liệu gì đó) nghe cũng rất khó chịu, nếu mưa to thì chắc là rất ồn khỏi ngủ luôn chứ không phải tiếng mưa white noise dễ ngủ đâu ạ. Mình ở lầu 3, phòng 304.
