Room is like description, clean. The receptionist is enthusiastic and friendly. The location of the hotel is convenient for transportation as well as for parking. Especially I like one thing here is the cheap price but the quality of service is more than expected. Mong Phan Anh continues to promote! I'll be back here when I come back to Saigon!

Phòng giống hình, sạch sẽ. Nhân viên rất ok, mới thấy nhóm mình tới là hỏi đúng người luôn, support nhanh gọn lẹ. Có điều nhà vệ sinh có cửa sổ thông với tầng dưới nên không tiện mở, đóng suốt thì hơi bí, có quạt thông gió chắc đỡ hơn. Với không để xe máy ở khách sạn được, phải đi gửi ở một chỗ khác gần đó hơi bất tiện.

The dorm room is beautiful and cleaner than imagined, but the 6-bed room has only 1 bathroom with the same toilet, so it is inconvenient. Good location, close to the center, close to the market but not noisy, clean.

I booked a 2-person room, I note that I took a twin room, but when I arrived, there was only a double bed room. Then the owner offered me a bigger 2-bed room, compensated for more money, I was ok, in the end the room was still smaller than I imagined when I saw the photos. I stayed for 2 nights but did not clean the room, when I first entered the room it smelled a little bit of moisture. WC does not have hand soap, the hot and cold system does not work very well at times. The hotel requested to change slippers before entering the hotel, leaving the shoes on the porch a bit uncomfortable @@ In general, the quality is moderate but the owner is also likable so she still has good reviews.

the room is smaller than described, the bathroom too, but in return it is very clean. During the time when I stayed here, the elevator broke down so I had to walk 4 floors. Very cute, enthusiastic and attentive receptionist

The hotel is clean, the decor is cute, in the center, near many places to eat ... however the alley is the market, the transportation is a bit entangled and dirty. a bit inconvenient because the elevator is fixing, carrying things up and down a bit. The staff and the owner are very enthusiastic ... But the hotel in the center is clean and the price is cheap.

The hotel is well located, clean but not prestigious. I booked a family room 2 bed, phoned Phan An to confirm that when the family received the room and asked not to have a room, the other guests transferred. At that time it was 9:30 pm, we were tired of moving from the North to the South, so we had to accept the cramped dormitory room, no toothpaste, no brushes. I was really disappointed because Phan Anh did not keep the word.

The check in was very smooth, the manager allowed us to check in earlier as soon as we arrived. The room is quite small but we just used for sleep at night so it was ok. However, the only minus point is that you can hear every single sounds from outside the room. It was too noisy when people kept closing and opening the door and the staffed talking. Overall is ok.
