It´s ok for its price. I stayed there for 2 nights and there were no troubles with the room. Rooms are cleaned everyday, but I don't think draps and pillows are changed/ cleaned often. Location: it takes about 10 mins going to night market by motorbike. If you are not a too demanding backpacker then I would recommend it.
