Nice room, clean room every day, 2 receptionists are extremely cute, need something there. It is worth it at home. If I go to Phu Quoc again, I will definitely come back here. Great experience staying here, reasonable price with quality service. Nice room, comfortable, very clean, good customer care. The only downside is probably the Wifi speed. Will definitely come back if I have the chance to be in Phu Quoc again.

Staff knows nothing about guest booking. When the hotel loses power, there is no generator and requires guests to prepare their own candles at 0:00. The staff and management push the responsibility, blame the guest, until the guest gets angry and asks for a refund and cancels the room, then it starts to really solve the problem.

Too far from the center and the airport: ((quite remote, normal residential area, there are almost no utilities (there is no need to catch a taxi to go to the night market to have a taxi => dinner) The last night before going to the airport, so we book because the price is low, but the money is also moving up.)
