The resort has a beautiful location, close to the sea, with an outdoor swimming pool. Nice room, clean. Cheap. Near the airport, convenient for moving. Delicious breakfast. Staff were friendly and enthusiastic. Next time I come to Phu Quoc, I will choose Paris Beach Resort.

Road to the resort has not done, small land line, zigzag, rocky, dark, resort mosquitoes. When I go to the pool is water treatment but not warned so their children jump into the bath without anybody to remind. Food is good compared to cost (not fresh seafood). I have to issue invoices, the newspaper restaurant will send the reception but when the check out also no bills. I have forgotten a bracelet at the head of the bed (I took off when sleeping with the baby), when I came home to call the resort by the hotline number, the respondent will check and reply but I wait not call again. When I called back, the living room would be called back. Three days later I called back and told me to call another number that would not be there. Called another number, the test staff within 5 minutes after the call back and answer is no where. These things but the hotel does not show the professional and thoughtful. Our house has 04 rooms but it is 4 rooms far away so it is quite inconvenient.

Rooms and equipment in the old room, degraded. Road to resort bad and not yet invested. Staff enthusiastic but not professional service, I ate a breakfast here must order and only a few dishes, the next day I have to taxi to the town to eat. Short beach to bath, then to the beach of the resort next door. With the price of 950k per day has decreased by 20%, I do not feel very well.

Stay here my family members are happy about the location near the beach. The rest of the service attitude and the discomfort of rooms and facilities in the room we do not satisfy: mosquito bites, staff do not guide mosquitoes prevention, bath water is not hot, lack of shower gel, telephone Can not use, the road into this muddy, kicking car can not be brought to walk on carrying luggage, non-professional service personnel ... make the holiday is not good.

I loved this place. Comfortable and relaxing with great view of sunsets. The staff were all helpful and accommodating. Located right on the beach and also a swimming pool. Paradise
