The room is small, and bathroom needs to be renovated. Everything is old. Breakfast buffet is limited, bread is not fresh and we found mold in the bread, and one person in our group got sick eating it. Although the hotel was priced reasonably, but if you can pay a little bit more, find a better one that is closer to old town so you don't have to walk a long distance.

The hotel is too old and does not need maintenance. Except for the swimming pool and the spacious and quiet campus, this hotel does not get 1 point. which is ok. my room is a deluxe overlooking the lake, old red brick background, low humidity, antique room design from the 2000s, the room smells a bit bad, frogs and insects can enter the room, poor lighting due to old and weak shadows, The furniture in the room is old. I was about to boil hot water to make milk for my baby when I fell back because the kettle was broken and old, old...my god, it was horrible to have to stay in such a place. The hotel needs repair. Upgrade rooms and facilities to take advantage of this large location and space. it is horrible holiday.

Because I'm not in the customer, I'm looking for a cheap price to go for fun. Because it is cheap, the room and breakfast are just okay, the swimming pool is a bit deep for small children. The surrounding space has trees and garden so it is also cool. In the evening, KV swimming pool lights more than other hotels. The staff is also quite nice. Ah, anyone who has customers here, remember to bring mosquito repellent.😜

Khách sạn đã cũ nhưng sạch sẽ, không gian yên tĩnh thoáng mát. Phòng Junior Twin hay Sup Twin đều là giường 1m2, và khu Sup 2 tầng không có thang máy. Buffet sáng tạm ổn. Nhân viên nhiệt tình.

The room is fine, but if there are extra tissues (in addition to toilet paper) and free bottled water daily, guests do not need to worry because they forgot to buy water. Because I stayed at hotel number 311 Cua Dai street, I was provided with 2 types above. Full quality breakfast. Enthusiastic staff. I have booked an extra day at the front desk, if I can count the time until about 21:00, it's ok.

This hotel is very good. Beautiful campus. Breakfast is delicious, varied, very enthusiastic service. If you come to Hoi An, you should stay away from Phu Thien restaurant (opposite this hotel), not delicious, dread shop owner does not need customers, bad service attitude.

It has a large, comfortable garden; room with wifi, dryer, kettle, fruit, filtered water ..., buffet breakfast is okay. Friendly employee. At 7 pm I walked around the old town, when I saw that there was a room cleaning staff 👍. The only thing I was dissatisfied with was when I placed on the app a room with garden view room, a balcony / terrace, but when I received it, the door opened was a long wall of the house next door, a wall view. I chose Phu Thinh because all the rooms have a balcony in the picture, I don't like the noise, I want to go to the balcony to have tea with my friends in the morning instead of going to the crowded pool, but the room gets to the door. Windows also did not have, very mysterious, sometimes even the phone signal could not be caught. Very disappointed in the room, lucky to have 1 night, but 2 3 star stars could not bear. Hopefully if I have the opportunity to come back, I will be in a room that makes me more satisfied.
