Lack of coordination between receptionist and sales department. Specifically, guests register for 1 day online, then continue to register for 1 more day and the network informs acceptance but the receptionist disagrees with the reason the hotel is full, but the attitude is paid words are not warm and let guests wait for more than 45 minutes to finish processing the customer reservation
