I booked a city view room but the room I received did not have any windows, very mysterious and there were mosquitoes. However, I only slept overnight so I didn't ask for much. Staff attitude is quite ok

Nhưng chắc chắn sẽ không bao giờ quay lại.

The hotel reported that our team broke a glass in the room, while we did not have, we checked very carefully, the hotel could not pick up the broken glass and charged an additional 50k, so that there was no argument. back and forth I agreed to pay because the staff insisted it was like that, so I didn't like this and the comfortable hotel was very ok.
