the room is spacious with bathtub and balcony, but the balcony door is broken, cannot lock. my room is in the back building, where you will need some help to carry it. there is pool, but seems not to clean. breakfast is good. near the main road.

I booked a family room and checked in late at 9pm. When I checked in, the room had not been cleaned by the previous guests, the trash and everything was still there. I contacted the receptionist and they also helped arrange 2 other single rooms. Because it was during peak season, the staff had not had time to clean. Meanwhile, I saw that the entire row of rooms on the 7th floor were empty with no guests (all doors were open). The staff were friendly and enthusiastic, the rooms were clean.

The trip was on stormy rainy days for 4 days, but fortunately there was a Prague Hotel. Clean hotel, beautiful swimming pool, dedicated and attentive staff. Full breakfast food (salad, bread, beef noodle soup, fried noodles, potatoes, soup, fruit desserts, coffee and tea, etc.) Airport shuttle also available

The service was so bad, 8pm took the room, the smart lock door went off all night. Morning to have breakfast so take a nap, ask for correction course. The waiter should wait for a while to tell him if he stays long? And said like to chase customers. I was annoyed and checked out ... so frustrated with the service.
