The hotel is located near Nha Trang beach square, in a spacious alley. In the alley there are many restaurants and other services such as car rental, laundry, grocery, easy to walk in and out. The hotel room is clean, the bathroom is clean, there is a shower. The hotel does not have laundry service, the elevator is a bit old but still works well.

Location ok. It's just that it's difficult to get in by car because Ton Dan Street is small, and the shops on both sides encroach on the sidewalk a lot. The parking attendant is friendly and the driver is good at parking. The hotel can park 5-8 cars

I booked a senior delux room, the room was very nice, the design was very nice, it felt airy, lots of light. The air conditioner was built into the wall, very cool. The room had a bathtub. The road to the hotel was a bit narrow because there were many car rental and massage places at the beginning of the road that were a bit too crowded; the good thing was that there was parking right in the hotel; the security guard was very nice. The downside was that the hotel's soundproofing was very bad, and unfortunately for me, that day there was a group of guests who came to stay who were quite rude and talked loudly. At 11pm they talked loudly, then at 12pm they kept knocking on the door, making phone calls and laughing loudly; in the morning they called at 5am to go swimming; at 6am they called the whole area to go have breakfast; at 8am they were talking loudly again; I woke up feeling extremely tired even though the bed was very comfortable and cool. Luckily I only stayed at the hotel for 1 night. Overall, for the price, I think it's ok, especially suitable for those who travel by car because it's quite difficult to find a hotel with parking in Nha Trang. If the hotel can improve the soundproofing, it would be great.

I am quite satisfied with Prime Hotel. Although staying at the right time the hotel is under renovation, it is a bit dusty. However, the room space is very spacious, with a sea view from the bed and the bathroom. I highly recommend everyone to choose this hotel. This hotel is mostly foreign guests, located at the end of Ton Dan alley, a bit inconvenient for pick-up and drop-off, but it is not too far to walk to the main road. Overall, I give it 9 points!

The hotel is under repair and it's extremely noisy. My child is sick and couldn't sleep all night, but at 7:30 am there was a loud banging, knocking, and drilling noise... I called the receptionist but they didn't help and it was even more noisy. I almost begged them to let my child rest 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 The hotel is under repair, please don't be greedy and welcome guests.
