Excellent location. There was everything nearby. Awesome room service, staff. Check in was easy, you get greeted with a nice cup of tea. Check out was smooth as well they will hold your luggage for free.

The service staff at the executive lounge is super! Friendly and professional in anticipating customer's needs

No frills, couldn’t get a late checkout that would have been very helpful. Lobby was always very crowded. Breakfast buffet was average, overpriced snd lacking protein options.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms and building seems dated and a bit dingy. Our room felt dirty. There were stains on the beddings and dust on the window seal. It was a standard stay.

The rooms are very nice and spacious. It is a fun neighborhood with a lot of bars and restaurants.

Location was decent. Deluxe room was not great. Design of the living space was not great. Bathtub in the middle was a waste. I guess they were trying to make best use of a small space. I won’t be staying at this hotel again. Having toured a number of places. I believe there are better places with good rooms.

Pullman Saigon We recently stayed 3 nights at the Pullman Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. Which is in district 1 in a great location. We stayed in executive level rooms which were absolutely beautiful. The rooms themselves were modern well lit and thoughtful in their appointment. Our room was on level 25 with an amazing view of the city with a huge window. The access to the executive lounge was a great advantage to our stay. Firstly the staff. They couldn’t be more helpful and attentive Ms Thanh and Mr Bau with Ms Anh and the team went above and beyond to make our stay even more of a pleasant experience. Each and every one of them is a credit to the Pullman Hotel. The time we were fortunate enough to spend with them would make us return to the Pullman when we return to Ho Chi Minh City for sure.

Don’t like the layout of the room. The bath tub smacked right on the middle & there is a partition hanged in the middle of the room, the space between the the bath tube & the shower stall/toilet so tight that I got hurt several times. Out side of this, hotel is average.
