Actually, this is a Hostel, not a 2* Hotel as advertised. I arrived early and was charged an extra hourly fee, almost equal to the room rate for the whole night, even though I checked out very early the next morning at 4am. They even charged for a bottle of mineral water, which I thought was the hotel standard for guests staying here.
