Nice room, cheap price, close to the center but not very soundproof, air conditioner is a bit noisy

The hotel is right in the center, easy to find and move to tourist attractions. I booked a double room, the room was clean and cleaned every day. The buffet breakfast was not really delicious but the food and drinks were very diverse. The staff was friendly and let guests check in earlier than expected. I just noted a little bit that if the receptionists were absent, they could leave a bell or phone number because there were times when I needed something urgent and had to wait because the reception desk was empty. Overall, I was quite satisfied and I will come back if I come to Da Nang in the near future ♥️♥️♥️

The room was relatively clean and tidy, fully equipped with air conditioning, fan, wardrobe, clothes hanger, drinking water, refrigerator. The bathroom was also quite spacious, the minus point was that my room's hair dryer was broken, but fortunately the staff lent me a hair dryer to another room. In addition, the shampoo and shower gel were a bit small, if 2 people stay for 2 days or more, and showering regularly is not enough (I only washed my hair once so it was normal), but you can ask for more. Otherwise, the staff was enthusiastic, the hotel was near the center, convenient to travel. The room price was okay with the facilities. If I have the opportunity to travel to Da Nang, I will book this hotel again.

Pros: - Location near the center - Room is relatively clean and quiet Cons: - Shampoo and shower gel are not prepared. When I called to request them, I asked them to bring them up immediately but they didn't show up for a long time. After a while, I had to go down to the reception desk to get them and was told that they forgot. - The security guard's attitude after 10pm was bad, yelling at the guests to "Go in" - There was no breakfast buffet even though the room I bought had a breakfast buffet included. When I went down around 8am, I saw that the restaurant had no announcement. I asked the cleaning lady and she told me to go to the reception to ask because there was no buffet today. When I went to the reception to ask, the receptionist replied that there was no buffet due to some kitchen problem and suggested that they would buy food for me to eat, but I didn't agree. Then the hotel also said that sometimes when there weren't enough guests, they wouldn't serve buffet (at this point, I felt like I was being cheated - if there was such a possibility, why didn't they state it clearly when booking the room?). In case there really is an incident as the receptionist said, why not proactively notify the guests in advance or post a notice in front of the restaurant with a solution instead of letting the guests ask? I feel that the hotel's handling of the matter is very unprofessional. It was truly an unpleasant experience and I will never return. Anyone who books a room here should consider the negative points I wrote to avoid an unpleasant trip.
