The staff and management is extremely friendly and helpful despite the communication barrier. They mainly speak in Viet & jap but my partner and i can only communicate via English. We were glad that the room is extremely hygienic and comfortable. The breakfast that they provide is also of good quality.

最上階にある大浴場はとても気持ちよく、ベトナムに出張の際は、常宿にしたいと思います。

We are Japanese and this hotel is Japanese style, so, there are no difference and difficulty to spend time at this hotel.
Water quality, narrow road, traffic jam, and dirty air are just typical aspects of this city. So we never be disturbed. We have just enjoyed the difference and we are sure that we are comfortable to be this city.
This hotel served cleaning, house keeping, and fruits with sweets daily. It made us more comfortable and happy.

カウンターは日本語が通じ、不便さはない。
朝食のビュッフェのおかずに若干の偏りがあるが、ある程度安心して食べられるのは嬉しい。（生ものは避けたが）
特に朝の車とバイクが多く通り、周辺道路は少し危険で、車の待ち合わせはあまり向いていない。
歩いて移動できる周辺に日本語が通じる店が多く、日本からの出張者が短期間生活する分には比較的良いと思う。
