The hotel is in the city center, convenient for sightseeing and moving to places to eat. I booked through traveloka so the price is ok, the outside looks old but the interior is also complete and clean. Staff enthusiastically guide and recommend you many delicious restaurants. There is a very nice cafe in front of the hotel. Recommend everyone to book a room here.

Went right during the epidemic season so it was super empty. The hotel upgraded the room to Deluxe for me. Supported early check in and out. The room was clean. Carefully cleaned. Super high-quality disposable bathroom amenities. Beautiful swimming pool. Enthusiastic staff helped rent a car and buy raw banh loc to bring home as gifts. During the epidemic season, breakfast was not served. The only problem is that I don't understand the Hue accent very well, so sometimes when I heard the staff speak, I felt like I was deaf. The hotel is right in the center of the walking street. Quite bustling and cheerful.

The hotel is located in the walking street, so it is very convenient for traveling and shopping. There are many foreign guests. The room is very nice and airy. I booked a room on the app, but my work had to move the schedule to 1 week. Although the app did not allow moving the schedule, the hotel still supported changing the stay schedule very quickly. When I checked in, I got a free room upgrade. The staff was also very nice, often greeting and chatting with guests. However, the breakfast at the restaurant was a bit bland and the flavor was not very special. Overall, everything was very good and I will definitely return to the hotel if I have the opportunity to visit Hue.

(+) I stayed in a room for 3 people, the room was clean, ok, the swimming pool was clean, not heavy with chlorine, there was water to welcome, the room had a large airy balcony! (-) but the staff is not professional, when I entered, no one was in charge of helping with the luggage of the guests' suitcases at that time, there was no bellman, after I returned, there was a bellman but also did not help the luggage for the guests. (-) At 8 am, I rang the bell in the sleeping room to ask to clean the room, at 10 am one more time, so I had to reschedule at noon when I went out to clean up, a bit unpolite and professional. (-) When I booked the room, I called to ask if I rented for half a day until 18:00, I would take 50% of the room rate, but until the day I stayed, the customer told me to change the policy, because there was no one to clean the room, if I stayed after 14:00, 100% room rate for 1 day. Hope khsan will improve, the rest of the facilities are not new but still ok and clean.

The hotel is as beautiful as the picture, the swimming pool is large on the 2nd floor, the staff is friendly, it's right on the west street, so it's very busy. But renting a motorbike does not count for 24 hours like in Da Nang, but by session, 2 sessions are 1 day
